The crowd laughed and clapped, and someone in the audience shouted out love for the candidate.
"We love you, too, man," Trump said.
Trump's comment came during a campaign rally Saturday at Dordt College in northwest Iowa. The 1,500-seat theater completely filled, hundreds more watched his speech from an overflow room.

I saw this live. It was a joke. Sheesh.
It’s a tight race, but I think the Cruz birthers will win that race.
Well, he isn’t soebarkah or hiliary. They could get, and have gotten away with similar things.
Cruz supporters would love people on Fifth Avenue to be shot. After all, didn’t we have an orgy of New York hate just three days ago? Now, they’re concern trolls!

As I’ve already mentioned in another thread; Cruz supporters can spend all day posting anti-Trump pieces, but don’t appear excited or enthused to tell everyone about Cruz’s rally today with Glenn Beck. Very telling indeed!

How did you know about that?...we figured that it would be the perfect place to accept Donald Trump’s total and complete surrender. It’s only a matter of time, really. All the polls show it. Once the field narrows, we win.

Actually, they Barry and Hildabeast have really shot people and gotten away with it. Trump just jokes about it. Bill and Hill have shot at least a hundred people who got in their way. I haven't kept track of Barry, although he's been responsible for numerous police shootings and riots, plus a few more direct murders.
Umm, the event website says it is a Glenn Beck rally with special guest Ted Cruz. Interesting that CSPAN is broadcasting a rally for a television personality, but hey, stranger things happen.
Probably just a mistake in how the event was created and certainly not an attempt to evade any election or finance laws...
90% of his supporters say they’re not moving. No other candidate has that loyalty. That’s why he said it but it was funny when he said it....nothing more.
