Just as with the recent state gun control legislation, this will be ignored by LE and the general public in eastern Washington (most of the state). If male enters a restroom where (say) a man’s wife is using the facilities, the intruder will be dealt with by application of physical force.

That is the logical conclusion that can be drawn here. It may not be every tranny, but there will be a certain percentage who will exploit this for that very thing. It begets the question that nobody ever asks....what will you do then?
Will they rally around the pervert who raped a girl? Will the lesbian contingent "egg on" the tranny to violate some girl they don't like?
This sort of nonsense opens a whole new line of offenses which would have never been considered.
