Has the State Department released a smoking gun in the Hillary Clinton e-mail scandal? In a thread from June 2011, Hillary exchanges e-mails with Jake Sullivan, then her deputy chief of staff and now her campaign foreign-policy adviser, in which she impatiently waits for a set of talking points. When Sullivan tells her that the source is having trouble with the secure fax, Hillary then orders Sullivan to have the data stripped of its markings and sent through a non-secure channel.
That should be game, set, and match, yes?
It’s called “trusted download.” It requires a line by line review by a person trained in the art of trusted downline, and knowledgeable about the security requirements of the subject matter, sometimes by two individuals. Only plain text. No Office Document can ever be downloaded from a classified system. Retyped as text or printed and redacted, but never downloaded in digital form.

Sounds like you have some knowledge of the process. Do you know what is meant by the term “nonpaper”....as in “turn it into nonpaper”?
I have never heard the term “nonpaper”, but she may mean non-accountable material. Material transferred over a classified fax (who the hell uses faxes anymore?) must be issued a document number and custody and destruction controlled by signed receipt.
In June 2011 when these emails were sent, Amb. Chris Stevens and friends were set up in a hotel, not the place where the Benghazi attack eventually occurred.
There was a bomb that went off in the parking lot of this hotel in June and after this they moved their operations out of the hotel to various locations before settling into the place where Stevens later was trapped.
It is no longer grammatically correct to use "courageous" and "FBI" in the same sentence.
If they weren't classified why would they need to strip anything from the messages to fax them?
I don't think she's qualified to do much of anything. She can't get her own tea, can't work her own fax machine and sleeps a lot!
Can you point me to any others?
âThis is gigantic,â said diGenova. âShe caused to be removed a classified marking and then had it transmitted in an unencrypted manner. That is a felony. The removal of the classified marking is a federal crime. It is the same thing to order someone to do it as if she had done it herself.â
âThis makes it impossible for the bureau not to recommend charges,â diGenova said of the FBI. âThis makes it impossible not to go forward, and it certainly ties the hand of the attorney general.â
David Bossie, president of the watchdog group Citizens United, said the email could become the emblem of Hillaryâs email scandal.
âIt proves that Hillary Clinton affirmatively instructed senior staff to send classified data to an unsecured server,â he said. âWith that, it cements into history, much like the famous Bill Clinton finger wag.â
She will stand trial.
In the Trump Tribunal.
Which MSM will then tell us is ‘old news’.
She has broken so many laws for so many years, she has obstructed justice and everyone knows it yet nothing has ever been done. I hope it is different this time but I really doubt it.
Why anyone would protect this b*tch is beyond me unless they are just as guilty. I can't let my brain go to Hillary as President, I really can't after 7 years of Obama stupid!
Hillary is just as (or more so) vindictive as Obama, she is a bold face liar and she certainly won't mind turning the IRS, FBI or any other Federal agency on her enemies.
Worth watching for sure!
Try opening your eyes.
Try linking examples.
I do wish people would lay off Hillary until she gets the nomination sewed up, makes no sense to allow them time to rebuild before the General.
She may survive this, but her list of people to rescue her in exchange for power and money is down to about three at this point.
Sid is her undoing. Obama loathes Sid. She will be made to pay for her Sidness. It may not be in prison, but I suspect many will end up there as her staffers and aides. Sid may get the Fort Marcy Park treatment.
"Making assumptions is a good way to be disappointed."
Likewise ignoring facts.
My point in asking about the meaning of “nonpaper” is that Hillary clearly meant something specific by the term and used it in a manner that implied that Sullivan understood what it meant also. Unless it’s some sort of agreed-upon code, I assume others who deal with classified/secure communications are also aware of its meaning.
Otherwise you’d expect a message back from Sullivan saying simply: “nonpaper?”
I would guess that “nonpaper” in this context is simply scanning a physical document to a digital file that could be sent as an email attachment.
