The conclusion I draw is that you’re either an idiot or a liar.

In fact Trump said of Kim Davis, “Maybe that’s not the job for her”.

I wonder what other jobs he thinks ‘aren’t for Christians’.

“So...Trump is rich and Senator Cruz is Not!”

Trump made his money...Cruz makes his from tax $$ running for office instead of doing his job and as a government lawyer, his only job besides politician.
I’d consider myself ‘rich’ if I had over 2 million $$....earned working for the government.

How did Cruz make so much $$ while serving in office anyway?

Average Net Worth: $2,549,518*

Yeah I saw the Trumpanzees hooting over Trump saying he would throw out Obama’s executive orders and acting like its the first time the had ever heard such a thing.

Ted Cruz said it in May when he announced and has kept repeating it as a top 5 priority all along.

As someone on twitter told me, If you want to know if Donald Trump is right, check to see if Ted Cruz said it first.

As good as Cruz is, he is still beholden to donors. Trump is not.

Cruz picks good donors.

My conclusion about you:

Go look in a mirror to find out what an mindless idiot looks like.

"When Cruz says he will fight for the Constitution but will not fight gay marriage"

LOL

The fact that Cruz has decreed that gay marriage is a states rights issue does not necessarily make it a states rights issue, since marriage cuts across state lines.

States don't have rights. States are granted powers.

Marriage is a religious issue. The government needs to keep out of it.

If somebody wishes to get "married" outside of church, they should go hire a lawyer and work up a contract.

"What’s Trump’s record in office?"

Hey, Trump has six months of conservatism under his belt. I know because he says so.

“When Cruz says he will fight for the Constitution but will not fight gay marriage”

You don’t understand what “no” means?

from article:

Then the donor asked: “So would you say it’s like a top-three priority for you —fighting gay marriage?” “No,” Cruz replied: “I would say defending the Constitution is a top priority.”

My father-in-law has, and still does, run a sizeable business.
Doesn’t make him qualified for the presidency.

“Marriage is a religious issue. The government needs to keep out of it.”

Not really. It is the basic building block of society. Also, people get divorced, and it involves property rights, child custody, sometimes criminal fraud, etc.

Post #2 for what he said, instead of your little snippet.

Your desperate, sleazebag attempt to align yourself with a leftwing outlet in order to smear a Constitutional conservative is noted.

but we need a businessman with the balls to upset the DC apple cart and clean up our version of the Aegean Stables.

Bingo! We have a winner! No further entries needed.

Anyone familiar with both the historic context and the long accepted interpretations of the Constitution & the Bill of Rights, knows that the "Police Power," the power to address the health, safety & morals of the people, was left to the States in the delegations of function & power to the Federal Government. It is, thus, not really debatable, where the right and responsibility to determine who is legallly eligible to marry, lies.

That does not mean that a State can legally redefine reality, however. They can call the moon the sun; but that will not make it such. And a marriage that cannot be consummated, as that term has been understood, has always been subject to annulment as voidable. Marriage is about sanctifying procreation, not ratifying strange behavior.

“Your desperate, sleazebag attempt to align yourself with a leftwing outlet in order to smear a Constitutional conservative is noted.”

desperate? What I think about Ted Cruz, and what you think about Ted Cruz, are both equally meaningless in the outcome of the election.

sleazebag attempt? It is a quote.

aligning with a leftwing outlet? When an outlet directly quotes someone, and it is a complete lie they fabricate, then the outlet is on its way to becoming finished. That is why they are reluctant to do so. Only the New York Times can do that and survive.

The donor understood what he meant. What do you think the donor understood Cruz to mean? Could he possibly have understood Cruz to mean that fighting gay marriage would not be Cruz’s priority? And could he possibly have understood Cruz to mean that Cruz drew a distinction between fighting for the Constitution and fighting gay marriage?

“Cruz picks good donors.”

In the case of a super PAC you don’t know that to be a fact. The candidate is supposed to have nothing to do with the PAC, therefore the candidate should not even know who the PAC donors are.
