Yeah, I think they made him the offer, and then when filling out the application, he was disqualified as a peter puffer.

. . . a job offer was rescinded when he revealed he is married to a man

"He" cannot be married to a man, by definition. He is mentally ill and openly engaging in sin. I approve of the Catholic Church upholding its standards, along with protecting kids from a mentally ill pervert.

Why would any Catholic institution support an evil satanic practice of Ba’al worship?

That man has the “freedom” of his “religion” (beliefs/faith) but is forcing little children to be exposed to insanity and a removal from biology/science and truth.

He must have lied or used subterfuge to get the job offer. If behaviors do NOT mean anything-—then we have moved into insanity. WE JUDGE PEOPLE BY THEIR BEHAVIORS and this man’s is VILE and EVIL.

Just Law ONLY promotes public virtue——not the evil behaviors of people who are mentally ill and so evil they create an ugly environment to “raise” a girl devoid of her mother-—it is extremely evil and hateful of women.

Homosexuals are sexists and should never be allowed to raise any children. Putin is correct and rational. It warps a child’s emotions and attitudes towards women and “normal” and “truth”.

EEOC guidelines list age, religion, etc.,questions cannot be asked until the person is hired.

Once hired, this is your employee and you cannot fire except for poor performance. There are guidelines for this also.

The guidelines all favor the applicant, not the employer.

If I remember correctly, this applies to employers of a minimum number of workers. (5 or 10 I think)

Poor performance criteria includes lying or providing wrong info in the hiring process discovered after hired.

If after employed it is discovered the employee lied in the hiring process termination of employment is possible.

(There are EEOC guidelines for this also.)

He and this sick society “claim” he is married to another man. But that is the extent of it.

Sorry, but this guy has no interest whatsoever in working at a parochial school except to the extent he can undermine religion.

He is, in short (VERY short) being an utter d*ck.

It’s pretty simple. The Catholic school has every right to not hire this guy based upon religious grounds.

Seems to me this violates the First Amendment where the state is making laws imposing religious beliefs.
