Yeah, I think they made him the offer, and then when filling out the application, he was disqualified as a peter puffer.
EEOC guidelines list age, religion, etc.,questions cannot be asked until the person is hired.
Once hired, this is your employee and you cannot fire except for poor performance. There are guidelines for this also.
The guidelines all favor the applicant, not the employer.
If I remember correctly, this applies to employers of a minimum number of workers. (5 or 10 I think)
