EEOC guidelines list age, religion, etc.,questions cannot be asked until the person is hired.

Once hired, this is your employee and you cannot fire except for poor performance. There are guidelines for this also.

The guidelines all favor the applicant, not the employer.

If I remember correctly, this applies to employers of a minimum number of workers. (5 or 10 I think)

Poor performance criteria includes lying or providing wrong info in the hiring process discovered after hired.

If after employed it is discovered the employee lied in the hiring process termination of employment is possible.

(There are EEOC guidelines for this also.)

It’s pretty simple. The Catholic school has every right to not hire this guy based upon religious grounds.

Seems to me this violates the First Amendment where the state is making laws imposing religious beliefs.
