Speaking at the bogus climate summit in Paris, President Obama ran way over the allotted time for his speech -- in part, it appeared, because TOTUS was a bit slow. In any case, once Obama reached the time allowed, the subtle chime that is a triple ring to signal that the time is up, rang. But POTUS kept on talking. Then it rang again. POTUS kept talking. More ringing. More talking. At one point, POTUS reached a point in his speech when he said, "Let's send that signal." As if on cue, the chime rang yet again. To no avail.

Now, he's just an annoyance, even with his teleprompter
Climate liars.
Thanks SeekAndFind.
Don’t worry he’s coming home
Somebody should have the guts to turn off his microphone - sigh, a dream.
Won’t listen to the speech but I suspect 90 percent of the speech was comprised of the words “I”, “me”, and “my”.
worse - he used his “super-power privilege” to steal time away from third-world speakers!
If I’m the moderator his microphone gets cut off.
I can not imagine how anyone could possibly think thatâ¦. repetition, ums and uhs, expressions that are used over and over, ridiculously long pauses (if it is not the TOTUS that is doing the talking), shallow and brainless points. He is a hopeless amateur with nothing to say. I would rather listen to cows farting.
However there was one funny spot, At about the 14 minute mark, he said Let us send them that message and immediately, the chime rang (for about the 4th or 5th time in the clip). The amazing thing is that the room did not bust a gut laughing. In fact, not even a peep. I honestly was expecting chortling to break out all over the place. They were all no doubt enraptured by the great orator himself.
The hilarious part is that no doubt this self-important jerk blustered on because he had something important to say when in reality, it was all about going after this fictitious enemy called CC. No doubt years from now, there will be those watching the clip and wondering whether they have stumbled upon a different version of the emperorâs new clothes.
