You have been running all around and still not disproved a racially seated thesis, where conditions in the organization are involved with this.

I’m sure there is some racially oriented bias on both sides. There always will be bias and distrust, when two different groups, be they racial, religious, tribal or even national, are involved in periods of conflict. Each group distrusts the other’s motivations and there are members in each group willing to fan the flames of discord. I would think that among blacks, in general, don’t hate cops and the minority of their minority do. Same with the cops, there is a bigoted minority of them that will shoot first and ask questions later. I cannot think of any test or oversight process that could prevent the hiring of prejudiced people, especially cops................

He may be unworthy to be a cop, but the thrust of these purges is to replace white employees with black tokens - and not just in government jobs.
There is also a lot of white recent college grads and hipsters living in the city, who are there for a “good time”. The recent college grads will probably settle down, get married and move to the burbs, while the hipsters stay single starving artists for 40 years, before going on the public dole and living in a CHA retirement high rise community. Most all of them vote Democrat automatically too. Group A, (twice the median income) is the most annoying and they are probably the ones who put up all the “I’m With Rahm” signs in their front yards last Spring, to help keep Chuy from getting elected. But apparently their property taxes help fund the whole machine, and they mow their lawns, so I guess we have to bow to them for now.

Anita Alvarez (States Attorney) and her incompetence made this worse by charging Officer Van Dyke with first degree murder, a charge she cannot prove. First degree murder requires PREMEDITATION. There is simply no way Alvarez can prove Officer Van Dyke woke up that morning with a plan in his head to kill a black kid that was hopped up on PCP. Six seconds, the total time Van Dyke was on the scene before he started shooting is not premeditation either. Premeditation is a thoughtful, planned, willful act according to the law. Officer Van Dyke is guilty of none of those three criteria.
Anita Alvarez is either the most incompetent States Attorney there ever has been in Illinois (and we've had quite a few of them!) or she deliberately charged Van Dyke with a murder charge that will be impossible to prove.
Does Van Dyke belong in jail? Absolutely he does in my opinion. He has to be charged correctly in order to put him there. That won't happen thanks to Anita Alvarez's incompetence and firing Garry McCarthy is nothing more than Rahm Emmanuel trying to feed the alligators (the "black lies matter crowd") to try and save his own ass from being eaten by the political corruption he himself set in motion.
To truly understand what happened in this case, you have to have a deep appreciation for the level of corruption that exists in Chicago.
Keep in mind the following facts:
1. McDonald was shot during an election year in which black voters were (seemingly...) revolting against Rahm Emmanuel and threatening to vote for his opponent, the equally incompetent, inept and corrupt Chuy Garcia.
2. In order to keep Ferguson, MO from breaking out on Chicago's streets, Emmanuel and his supporters (mainly Emmanuel) really wanted to cover this incident up. So, a $5mm payout was ordered to be paid to McDonald's family without ever stepping into court and litigating the case.
If that's not a clear-cut sign by itself that the "fix was in" to cover this thing up and keep it quiet to Emmanuel would win re-election --- someone needs to tell me exactly what this is then.
A political cover-up by any other name, is still a political cover-up. Especially when it involves $5,000,000 of hush money to be paid without ever, EVER seeing the light of day in a court-house.
I remember Old Man Daley saying in 1968 during the Democrat Convention riots: The Police aren't here to create disorder, the Police are here to preserve disorder!

Crazy idea, maybe the GOP should try to run a real candidate against these clowns for this office, Cook had a GOP State’s Attorney as recently as the early 90’s and was close to electing a County Board President in ‘06. It’s a longshot but look at these miserable F-tards.
As for McCarthy, he was a clown like his predecessor, should have been axed long ago, you know cause of all the MURDERS on his watch. Unfortunately giving Jesse Jackson a rimjob seems to be a primary qualification for the job, someone should send that SOB back to Alabama or wherever the hell he came from.

CD 5, No R, Three Greens for the 30 or so people who’ll choose to vote in the Green Primary to choose from. ‘|’

C8, Suckworth’s open seat, DuPage County Board Member Pete DiCianni is the most prominent GOP candidate. Rat State Sen, Mike Noland is among 3 rats running. I’d call Noland the favorite.
CD 9, 3 Rs running, Ad writer Joan McCarthy Lasonde, Paulbot David Williams III and last time’s nominee, Susanne Atanus, who says gays are to blame for tornados, I endorsed your write in bid over her, Phil. Go Joan, whoever you are.
CD 10, The rat chump that RINO Bob Dold beat wants a rematch, but Brad the rat has a serious primary challenger in the Mayor of Highland Park.
CD 11, 3 Rs running against Rat Rep Bill Foster. DuPage County Board Member Tonia Khouri is the most serious. Another is Bill White, who is Black. White is a Nuclear Physicist. If he wins the primary it’ll be Physicist V Physicist, which would likely be unprecedented. It’s usually Lawyer V. Lawyer.
CD 12, The scumbag the rats are putting up against freshman R Mike Bost is C.J. Baricevic. The J stands for Jerk, I can’t post what the C stands for. 2 Greens are running, which is good, the Green got 5.6% last time, though Bost topped 50% and didn’t need it.
CD 13, RINO Rodney Davis has a primary challenger in Pharmacist Ethan Vandersand, no chance. A Macon County Board Member is the rat running. Former rat nominee David Gill may run as an “I”, deadline for “I”s is not till June I think.
CD 14, 3 rats oppose Randy Hultgren (R) who’s safe.
CD 15, No D filed, John Shimkus (R) has a primary challenge from State Sen Kyle McCarter, I’m inclined to support McCarter, Shimkus’s record isn’t great lately.
CD 16, No D filed, Colin McGroarty, a tea party activist is opposing RINO Adam Kinzinger, no chance
CD 17, 2 nobody Rs running against rat Cheri Bustos
CD 18, RINO Lathug Jr. is unopposed
