Tougher gun crime sentencing is racist.
There can be no solution as long as any solution is labeled “racist”.
Yes, just ask ACORN, ‘er BLM, or whatever their cover name is today.
Unless a police officer is involved they could care less!!!
Chicago’s problem is that the entire state and the city itself are corrupt, which will render law enforcement useless, except in cases where one crime faction attacks another using the law. Even were the corruption to be expunged completely, it will take outright force to establish law and order. And since that force would largely fall on some ‘protected’ minorities it will not be employed.
