State Department documents detail delays and lack of support in hours after attack
(Washington, DC) – Judicial Watch today released new State Department documents that raise more questions about the September 11, 2012, terrorist attack on the U.S. Special Mission at Benghazi, Libya. The documents show the White House contacted YouTube over an Internet video as one of its first moves after the initial attack.
The documents, from the agency’s Bureau of Diplomatic Security, were provided to Judicial Watch in response to a court order in a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia on October 16, 2014, (Judicial Watch v. U.S. Department of State (No. 1:14-cv-01733)). The lawsuit seeks “any and all logs, reports, or other records” the Washington-based Diplomatic Security Command Center produced between September 10, 2012, and September 13, 2012, relating to the terrorist attack on the U.S. compound in Benghazi, Libya.”
The documents detail that only three hours after the initial attack on U.S. personnel in Benghazi, the White House contacted YouTube in an apparent effort to initially blame the assault on an obscure “Pastor John video,” rather than filmmaker Nakoula “Mark” Basseley Nakoula. The administration falsely claimed that Nakoula’s video, “Innocence of Muslims,” provoked the attack. The email also references the involvement of then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton (Judicial Watch, through separate litigation, previously uncovered documents that show Obama White House officials set Hillary Clinton’s Benghazi response):

Obviously the “video” story was planned in advance or they wouldn’t have to decide which of the 2 videos to blame.

I believe the video story was set and in waiting, but intended for a different sequence of events than the one that occurred. But, with an election coming up, and Mitt appearing to be gaining the upper hand on foreign policy, they sprang this “ready to go” excuse at the first indication of trouble.
They were searching for a scapegoat, anything that Google/Youtube could provide as cover for this disaster. Google is just as deep in this as Hillary........................

I don’t even fault them for initially linking the Cairo uprising, on the day before, to the Benghazi tragedy. Cairo actually was a reaction to the video apparently.
But who can excuse the existing murderous conditions of Benghazi, BEFORE the deadly attack (of all days) on September 11th!
There had been already 600 incidents of gorilla warfare through out Libya, and 70 murders or attempted murders, bombings, etc. within BENGHAZI, in the weeks and months leading up to the slaughter, and at least four official requests by the ambassador himself for increased security to travel to the hut in Benghazi, which itself had been attacked previously, already.
Hillary was proven yesterday to be nothing but incompetent, delegating her title to underlings, taking no responsibility for the obvious, accountable to no one and insulated from any and all actions that were or were not taken.
A total fail as a Secretary of State, she surrounded herself in bubble wrap alright when it came to duty and leadership, but sucked up all the perks of royalty, traveling the international buffet lines laid out for her arrival, so that she could hawk the wares of the Clinton Foundation, and build that corrupt gangland up in the eyes of the world.
Mafia is her name.

Nothing easy or necessarily immediate, but you have to start somewhere. The Democrats-Liberals-socialists-communists over the last 70 years or more have enjoyed and increasing ability to silence conservatives in everyday life at home, work, and in the community by blaming them for any uncomfortable confrontations that should develop by publicly disagreeing with them. It is long past time and strike back by resolutely confronting the lies and dishonesty at home and abroad. No more polite avoidance of confrontations for the sake of peace and tranquility on their terms. Back up the allegations of lies with clear evidence of each lie. Refuse to back down. Refuse to tolerate bad behavior where they are the guest. Be polite, be accurate, be just, be intolerant of that which is not tolerable. Set an example. Truth and justice before falsehoods, lies, and dishonor.
We did all that yesterday......and Big Media is still lying about it. Our side still believes in decorum......obviously the Leftist’s don’t. What a mess they have created in God’s most wonderful experiment in Freedom for all, the USA!
