Three years to the day after a gunman shot seven women, killing three including his wife, at a spa in Brookfield, a lawsuit was filed against online gun sales site Armslist, its founders and the Cedarburg man who sold the murder weapon.

Zina Daniel Haughton and two other women were gunned down by her abusive husband, Radcliffe Haughton, at the Azana Salon & Spa in Brookfield, before he fatally shot himself.

The wrongful death lawsuit, which involves the same local law firm that successfully represented two wounded Milwaukee police officers in a landmark case against Badger Guns, was filed Wednesday.

The lawsuit, filed on behalf of Zina's daughter from a previous relationship, Yasmeen Daniel, and Zina's estate, includes new details of the events leading up to the shooting.

In his posting on Armslist, a classified gun sales website from Oklahoma, Haughton wrote he was "looking to buy asap" and "have ASAP now and willing to buy now. I am mobile." Haughton first tried to buy an AK-47 assault rifle, but the seller, Andy Fallon, became suspicious, according to the complaint.

And sue the auto dealer that sold the car used in a vehicular homicide. Sue the hardware store that sold the duct tape used in an abduction. Take condign second amendment action against the lawyers and plaintiffs involved in this lawsuit (oops did I just say that? no put up a hashtag instead - that will work)

I once was driving up I-575 as I did for years and spotted a work van with a sign in the back that said “M1 Carbine for sale”. I called the number and met the owner in a Kroger parking lot. After a discussion and inspection, I paid him the agreed upon cash amount. We completed a bill of sale and off I went.

Had I been a crazed madman killer with a brand new old M1 Carbine assault rifle and took out a bunch of people, could their relatives sue the Federal Government, State or County government for allowing that work van to drive up and down their highway advertising a sale of an “assault weapon?”

The advertiser should not be sued, on the other hand, the guy that sold the weapon should.
I would never sell one of my hand guns to a private buyer. Just my preference. If I sell one it will be to a dealer.

You guys are missing The Bigger Picture, here.

The left is RELENTLESS! Since the vast majority of America does NOT want to be disarmed by Government, they’ll keep chip-chip-chipping away at Gun Right BY ANY MEANS POSSIBLE.

Yes, they’ve tried this before, and yes, they’ll try this again - and they’ll try ANYTHING in the courts to move their agenda ahead!

Did ya EVER think women would be allowed (and encouraged!) to kill their babies in utero? Did you EVER think we’d have Gay Marriage? Did you EVER think that people like Bruce Jenner would be considered NORMAL?

Long Game, People. The left will always play the long game. They are evil, they are patient and they are relentless.
