FOX News: Carly Fiorina said on The Kelly File tonight that her fellow Republican presidential candidates Donald Trump and Ben Carson are complaining about the length of the upcoming CNBC debate because they're afraid of debating.
FIORINA: I think apparently they're worried about answering questions for three hours. For heaven sakes, we have ten candidates on the stage. I don't think three hours is a long time. And I think the American people actually like these debates.

Trump explained that they were trying to play politics with 3 hours, and they wouldn’t’ve had opening and closing statements.
Another sign of an excellent manager is effective meeting management.
A three hr scream fest is NOT effective time management.
The important thing that both Gentle Ben and The Donald managed to assert were the opening and closing statements of each candidate, and to focus the event more on issues than to get a multiple-player cat-fight going.
iCarly has been WAY too interested in the cat-fight aspect.
Might not emerge as the winner, but everybody else comes out with bites and scratches.
Sounds like a clever strategy to cull the herd. Exactly what we need to see by a potential President. A man who can use the tools at his disposal to,get the job done.
I’m as interested in watching these as the next person but seriously, not for 3 hours.
Dr. Carson and Trump had it right, it’s time to pare down the field of who gets on stage instead of complaining about the time limits of the overall debate. The net effect is the same.
If you can’t get above 5% in the polls at this point, you really don’t belong. Enough has been shown to be obvious at this point that you’re wasting everyone’s time and have no chance at winning.

So again, why lie? What evidence can you point to that supports your claim of “fear” by Trump and Carson.
It just makes you seem desperate and deceitful.
I think Carley is wrong on this....3 hours of “what would you do...” or “how would you fix....” inane questions of the past, present, and future let alone standing all that time...two hours is long enough to slay the Socialist/Communist, anti U.S. Constitution of the left....IF the moderator would only ask such questions......!

CNBC unilaterally decided to change the debate to 3 hours from 2 hours so they could sell more advertising. Good for Trump and Carson to tell CNBC to honor the original debate terms.
I wish all these people would address one another’s policy positions, rather than this juvenile personal sniping at one another. I know politics was every thus, but I am totally unimpressed by flouncing, posturing, and chest-thumping.
They should all just grow up.
