When Carly Fiorina offered some imprecise words about videos that uncovered the harvesting of body parts, she was subjected to weeks of semantic, nitpicky fact-checking that allowed Democrats and the media to portray her accurate characterization of Planned Parenthood’s practices as an outright “lie.”
Now, it would be a waste of time to expect comparable scrutiny aimed at Democrats who make unequivocally false statements about guns—a topic that elicits similarly emotional responses. But, for credibility’s sake, it’d be nice if once in a while someone would call out the president, or leading Democratic Party candidates, or the countless others who lie about firearms.
President Obama, who not long ago made the ludicrous claim that in certain neighborhoods it was “easier for you to buy a handgun and clips than it is for you to buy a fresh vegetable,” now says, “It’s not just mass shootings. It is the daily shootings that take place in cities across America. It is easier to buy a gun than buy a book.”
Does anyone in the media believe it’s easier to purchase a Glock than it is a carrot or a book? Probably. I mean, why isn’t there a slew of concerned CNN panels parsing this fantastical statement—or the many others Obama makes about guns?

Easy answer. Because the media is complicit and ignorant about guns.

Democrats have sold their souls to Satan
Because they repeat and repeat and deny and deny and pretty soon—voilà—
everyone thinks it’s the truth. That goes for all their various talking point lies.
Our infotainment industry is largely the propaganda wing of the left.
Because they control media and lower institutions of larnin’. That simple.
They are enablers.
Because lying Democrats own and operate most media outlets. The term “Propaganda Ministry” comes to mind.
And to keep their critics and their opposition from speaking up about their lying, they have invented political correctness to force those who don't agree with them to shut up or be shamed in public. However, attempting to turn the tables on them and doing the same thing to a democRAT, results, not in their being shamed, but builds street creed for them among their liberal peers. Being a liar is a likable characteristic among liberals.
Because no journalist has ever passed a statistics class...
Simple. Big Media are liars, and shills for the demonicrat party. Demonicrats get away with lying because Big Media, in lockstep with them, presents their lies as truth.
IF not for lies, they’d have nothing to sell.
Who’s going to contradict them? Certainly not the GOP in Washington- Why? Because the GOP doesn’t want to get yelled at by the left- They can’t handle being yelled at-

Change “warriors” to “capons” or “geldings”.
Obama is right about it being easier to buy a gun than a fresh vegetable in certain neighborhoods.
For example, in Anacostia in Obama’s DC, the thieves and thugs have driven out pretty much all the supermarkets, but the gunrunners will drive right up to your door.
It’s simpler than that - the truth is boring.
“No dog bit anyone today” would never be a headline.
