‘Worst media headline in history’: Slate’s spin on stabbing attacks against Jews is unreal

Stabbings attacks against Jews continue in and around Israel:

A series of stabbing attacks have resulted in the deaths of three alleged Palestinian attackers and resulted in several more Israelis and Palestinians being injured as violence intensifies in Israel and the occupied Palestinian territories.

Writing on Twitter, Israeli police spokesman Micky Rosenfeld said that four apparent stabbing incidents took place in Jerusalem on Monday.

The spokesman said a Palestinian assailant was shot dead on Monday night after stabbing an Israeli soldier on a bus entering Jerusalem. The soldier was lightly injured.

And the media doesn’t even cover how Israeli’s are under attack every single day. They can’t walk the streets without fear of being stabbed..with a KNIFE, gee, if only knives were banned right leftists? The Mayor of Jerusalem told his citizens to start packing because he can’t guarantee they can all be protected. My cousin lives in Rishon she was in the army so she carries her gun everywhere. I have many family members in Israel times are tough right now, can’t get on a bus, can’t go walking through Jerusalem without being in fear, but I tell ya, being unarmed during these times is even worse and that is what the left wants, the bad guys to be the ones armed while the rest of us are sitting ducks

There was some suggestion that a passing Jew put a pork chop on the face of a dead Paleo terrorist who had stabbed a Jew then was shot. Though they noted that it looked more like raw chicken.

The idea of using pork as a weapon has considerable merit.

For example, imagine if a group of reform Jews, who are not frightened by pork even if they wouldn’t eat it, carried with them bags of raw pork in places where Muslims typically make a fuss, and if they saw a Muslim misbehave, slapped them in the face with a pork steak.

It would be especially good if there was another Jew there to take photographs showing the face of the Muslim before and during the porking. The pictures could be posted on the Internet as “Muslims who have been *contaminated* with pork”. This could make them anathema to other Muslims, making them outcasts. Even their own families might kick them out.

So, not just a good punishment, but a good deterrent to other Muslims. Behave or be porked.

I don’t remember if it was the Croatian muslims who took over a school or those muslims who seized a movie theater, but I do remember being told by an old retired air force colonel (my father) that the Russians, after killing them, sent notes to the families of the terrorists that said their dearly departed had been wrapped in pigskin and buried in a secret location, and that any further events would result in the same outcome. I haven’t heard much about muslims in the former Soviet block taking hostages lately.

Russians really understand these things.

Remember when Muslims took western hostages in Lebanon? They kept them for a long time and the westerners seemed powerless to do anything about it. So the Muslims had the bad idea to kidnap some Russians.

They kidnapped four of them. Shortly thereafter, a team of KGB brutals were on a plane headed to Beirut. They counter-kidnapped that particular group of Muslims spiritual leader, chopped off one of his ears, and sent it to the Muslims by FedEx or something, with instructions to release their hostages or be prepared to receive their Mullah a piece at a time.

This so freaked out the kidnappers, that they didn’t just release the Russians, but had one of their number drive them to the Russian embassy, while begging with them to not mutilate their Mullah further.

Now that is applied cultural sensitivity.

Perhaps you have more knowledge than I do of this, but I have talked to Muslims about this.

My understanding about the fear of pork is that it is an example of wishful thinking on our part. Muslims on Jihad do not worry about the prohibition of eating pork, since all sins are allowed to those on Jihad.

Pork is only a sin to a Muslim if they knowingly partake of it.

It would be nice if Jihadis could be defeated so easily, but I do not believe they are susceptible to this threat.

It varies considerably among different Muslim sects. Remember that the Indian Rebellion of 1857 was caused by rifle cartridges alleged to have pork and beef fat on them (Muslims and Hindus). The Brits took to hanging Muslims after sewing them up in pig skins (as well as lashing them over cannon barrels prior to firing them).
