Benghazi committee, under fire, releases more Clinton emails
Yahoo Political News ^ | 10/9 | Michael Isikoff

Hillary Clinton used her private email account to pass along the identity of one of the CIA’s top Libyan intelligence sources, raising new questions about her handling of classified information, according to excerpts from previously undisclosed emails released Thursday by Rep. Trey Gowdy, the Republican chairman of the House Select Committee on Benghazi.

On March 18, 2011, Sidney Blumenthal — Clinton’s longtime friend and political adviser — sent the then secretary of state an email to her private account that contained apparently highly sensitive information he had received from Tyler Drumheller, a former top CIA official with whom Blumenthal at the time had a business relationship.

“Tyler spoke to a colleague currently at CIA, who told him the agency had been dependent for intelligence from [redacted due to sources and methods],” the email states, according to Gowdy’s letter.

The redacted information was “the name of a human source,” Gowdy wrote to his Democratic counterpart, Rep. Elijah Cummings of Maryland, and was therefore “some of the most protected information in our intelligence community.”

Committee was on a short leash and slow roll order, with the medias assistance the story was ground down and coverage diminished...

Sandbagging and other tactics dulled the public senses, AND THE PEOPLE LOST INTEREST AS THERE WAS ALWAYS A NEW SCANDAL BREWING

“Benghazi committee, under fire, releases more Clinton emails”

Really?

Shouldn’t the headline be:

“Hillary Clinton uses private email to pass along identity of top CIA Libyan intelligence sources”

But that wouldn’t be helpful to Hillary, now would it? Nope, the kommie media’s just gotta help Hillary whenever possible.

This is getting real bad for Hillary. Multiple violations of law and endagering agents and the lives of American citizens. Her server was, in fact, repeatedly hacked!!She should be arrested ,booked, arraigned, and tried in multiple counts.

We cannot rule out that Hillary Clinton committed espionage against the U.S.

She demanded that she have her own communications systems.

She had her own private spy ring in Libya.

She did not want the U.S. Government to know what she was doing.

If you were a spy against the U.S., wouldn’t you want things set up like Hillary had things set up?

Time for a Special Prosecutor?

Depends on whether or not she agrees to Barack's Terms and Conditions for his third term.

Tyler Drumheller, CIA officer who exposed U.S. reliance on discredited Iraq source ‘Curveball,’ dies at 63

after retiring in 2005, he emerged as a vocal critic of the George W. Bush administration’s use of deeply flawed intelligence to build support for its decision to invade Iraq in 2003.

The allegation touched off a bitter feud. When then-CIA Director George J. Tenet denied that he had ever been warned about Curveball, Mr. Drumheller fought back in public, saying that “everyone in the chain of command knew exactly what was happening.”

The blow-up over Curveball coincided with Mr. Drumheller’s retirement from the CIA. “I think he was really proud of standing up against the war,” Linda Drumheller said in an interview. “That was his personal greatest achievement.”

Blumenthal says he didn't write Libya intel he sent Clinton He claims he merely copied and pasted memos from a former CIA officer

Blumenthal was copying and pasting memos from Tyler Drumheller, a former CIA operative who was looking into a Libya-related business venture, and sending them to Clinton, two people familiar with his testimony told POLITICO.

“One of the folks providing her the largest volume of information was simply and merely a conduit of someone who … may have had business interest in Libya,”

Blumenthal, meanwhile, maintained that his practice of forwarding such memos was unsolicited and that he was not being compensated for gathering or passing along the information, according to sources who were in the room.

Reading from a script after huddling with his lawyer following the deposition, Blumenthal blasted the committee for hauling him in to testify in the first place.

The Obama administration had barred Blumenthal, a close friend to the Clinton family, from working at State because of attacks he made during the 2008 Democratic primary against the now-sitting president. Instead, he was hired as an adviser by the philanthropic Clinton Foundation for $10,000 a month.

Blumenthal said his work at the foundation “had nothing whatsoever to do with my emails to my friend” — answering one line of inquiry for Republicans, who wondered if he was being compensated for passing along the intelligence.

While he was corresponding with Clinton, Blumenthal was also engaged in talks about a new Libyan business venture. He also downplayed those links Tuesday, saying it was a “humanitarian-assistance idea for medical care in which I had little involvement, [that] [n]ever got off the ground, in which no money was ever exchanged, no favor sought and which had nothing to do with my sending these emails.”

Private Emails Reveal Ex-Clinton Aide’s Secret Spy Network

Emails disclosed by a hacker show a close family friend was funneling intelligence about the crisis in Libya directly to the Secretary of State’s private account starting before the Benghazi attack.

Starting weeks before Islamic militants attacked the U.S. diplomatic outpost in Benghazi, Libya, longtime Clinton family confidante Sidney Blumenthal supplied intelligence to then Secretary of State Hillary Clinton gathered by a secret network that included a former CIA clandestine service officer, according to hacked emails from Blumenthal’s account.

The emails, which were posted on the internet in 2013, also show that Blumenthal and another close Clinton associate discussed contracting with a retired Army special operations commander to put operatives on the ground near the Libya-Tunisia border while Libya’s civil war raged in 2011.

Blumenthal’s emails to Clinton, which were directed to her private email account, include at least a dozen detailed reports on events on the deteriorating political and security climate in Libya as well as events in other nations. They came to light after a hacker broke into Blumenthal’s account and have taken on new significance in light of the disclosure that she conducted State Department and personal business exclusively over an email server that she controlled and kept secret from State Department officials and which only recently was discovered by congressional investigators.

Blumenthal, a New Yorker staff writer in the 1990s, became a top aide to President Bill Clinton and worked closely with Hillary Clinton during the fallout from the Whitewater investigation into the Clinton family. She tried to hire him when she joined President Obama’s cabinet in 2009, but White House Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel reportedly nixed the idea on the grounds Blumenthal was a divisive figure whose attacks on Obama during the Democratic primary had poisoned his relationship with the new administration.

It’s unclear who tasked Blumenthal, known for his fierce loyalty to the Clintons, with preparing detailed intelligence briefs. It’s also not known who was paying him, or where the operation got its money. The memos were marked “confidential” and relied in many cases on “sensitive” sources in the Libyan opposition and Western intelligence and security services. Other reports focused on Egypt, Germany, and Turkey.

Indeed, though they were sent under Blumenthal’s name, the reports appear to have been gathered and prepared by Tyler Drumheller, a former chief of the CIA’s clandestine service in Europe who left the agency in 2005. Since then, he has established a consulting firm called Tyler Drumheller, LLC. He has also been affiliated with a firm called DMC Worldwide, which he co-founded with Washington, D.C., attorney Danny Murray and former general counsel to the U.S. Capitol Police John Caulfield. DMC Worldwide’s now-defunct website describes it at as offering “innovative security and intelligence solutions to global risks in a changing world.”

In one exchange in March 2013, Blumenthal emailed Drumheller, “Thanks. Can you send Libya report.” Drumheller replied, “Here it is, pls do not share it with Cody. I don’t want moin speculating on sources. It is on the Maghreb and Libya.” Cody is Cody Shearer, a longtime Clinton family operative—his brother was an ambassador under Bill Clinton and his now-deceased sister was married to Clinton State Department official Strobe Talbott—who was in close contact with Blumenthal. While it’s not entirely clear from the documents, “Moin” may refer to the nickname of Mohamed Mansour El Kikhia, a member of the Kikhia family, a prominent Libyan clan with ties to the Libyan National Transition Council. (An email address in Blumenthal’s address book, which was also leaked, was associated with his Facebook page.)

She demanded that she have her own communications systems.

Wayne Madson's take on it from Infowars via youtube:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FoJKKBw0nlg

Says, "may be that she was running, in concert with a private consulting firm tied closely to George Soros, an outsourced and parallel State Department answerable only to her and not President Obama, the Congress, or the American people."

Bears repeating daily until Nov 8 or until she drops out: "She did not want the U.S. Government to know what she was doing."

All those people that were jailed with Whitewater. . don't get me started. .

She's due.

What's the process to institute a Special Prosecutor?

To: I want the USA back

I tell you what....with all the $hit that people have on her, with all the emails, sound bites, missing emails, flip flopping statements, any normal candidate would have been long dead by now. Witness: Howard Dean, John Edwards, Herman Cain, Dan Quayle.

Those were nothing compared to the $hit smeared on Hildebeast. If she becomes President, our system is totally and royally FUBAR and beyond repair.

If she becomes President, I’m just going to sit back and have fun. I am no longer going to be concerned with Politics or the government. I’ll be like my Italian ancestors - just sit back, enjoy life, drink my wine. I’ll let other people can’t their panties in a twist over the criminals in DC.

Nothing will ever change, so I’m going to be happy.
