Republican presidential candidate Marco Rubio appeared on "Hannity" tonight to weigh in on a variety of topics, including his recent war of words with Donald Trump.
"It's very clear hes a very insecure person. He doesnt like to be criticized," Rubio said. "The presidency is a tough job. Youre going to be criticized, and you cant flip out every time somebody says something about you. He does. And thats his problem."

Cat fight!
Rubio has some redeeming qualities, but he lost me on a few issues. Still, calling Trump insecure is like calling Obama democratic and diplomatic. It is the opposite of what is obvious to all.
It is primary season after all. Cruz yelling at Republicans, Rubio bashing Republicans........that’s the name of the game. If you can’t handle politics, get out.
Rubio is a good speaker and very smart. It is too bad that his positions are off in some key areas. Of course it is not smart of him to call Trump insecure. I wonder if the candidates think the only way they can get free press coverage is if they bash Trump.
You don’t step on Superman’s cape.
You don’t spit into the wind.
You don’t pull the mask off the Old Lone Ranger
And you don’t get into a pissing match with Donald Trump.
Hey Rubio..... Incoming!
the donnie yelling at republicans?
You cannot equate what Cruz did with what Rubio is doing. Cruz merely asked Republicans to vote, talk, and walk like Republicans — to respect the voters who got them there. Rubio is just calling Trump insecure as a cheap way to get attention for his own campaign. Totally different.
I'm sure dubio lacked the self-assuredness to come up with this line of attack all by his lonesome, and instead, his staff focus-grouped it, thinking why the heck not, let's run with it.
I was dreading this election cycle but it has been quite entertaining thus far.
We’re months before the first primary, Trump has unlimited funds, and he’s ahead of Rubio by at least 20 points in any poll. Campaigns offer a preview of how a candidate will respond under pressure, and if he picks this fight now with Trump, Rubio just failed the test.
Croce had some good stuff.
(Rubio... meh)
Oooo poking Trump in the eye - on purpose! This is gonna be good.
Rubio, to me, sounds like a recording. He has everything memorized and all you have to do is press the “go” button.
Rubio needs to show some kind of first-place or second-place opportunity in the first four primary states. So far, there’s zero chance. About a month into the primary period....he’ll be finished. Maybe in Florida, he might still pull enough votes to beat Jeb.
Better look at the scoreboard, Rube.
It’s yoooge.
Nah, getting into a fight will just make rubio sweat too much. the optics would be bad for him. :)
