Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton will roll out a proposal Monday to combat sexual assault on college campuses.
At a "Women for Hillary" event in Cedar Falls, Iowa, Clinton is expected to say that "every student deserves a safe environment in which to learn and thrive, not live in fear."

I think the plan simply involves banning Bill from going on college speaking tours and keeping him 1,000 yards away from all university campus grounds.
This is an awful easy problem to fix. Turn all assaults over to the county or city....let them prosecute....and send guilty parties off to county jail or state prison. Let the punks know on day one about the general change and how prison life can help to build character....if you don’t have any character in college.

Typical democrat politician. Create a straw man argument, propose a solution. The reality is that statictically, our college campuses are the safest place on earth for women.
If we used the Democrat claims, then our campuses would be worse for women than Darfur.

Use the Islam solution. Ban all women from public institutions of learning. No driving a car or going out in public unescorted either.
So she says its a big deal but instead of approaching a congressman to fix the problem now she’d rather wait until some time in 2017?
