1) Re-establish “in loco parentis” and single sex dorms with visiting hours and curfew.
2) Crack down on binge drinking. If a party school, return to an educational mission. Warn students that people who are drunk are more likely to be victimized and more likely to offend.
3) Turn over reported assault cases to local police.
Or none of the above.
Build networks, educate, empower, hire bureaucrats. That’s four.
The way Hillary & Leftist womyn think, every hetero male will have to have his genitalia registered as an “assault weapon”. This of course would have to include a registration number permanently applied to the weapon itself ... the number could be used on “consent” documents signed and notarized before sex .... or provided to police in the event of an “assault” as defined by the womyn herself. Women engaging in risky or promiscuous sex could keep a log book of registrations numbers - would greatly cut down on the number of DNA tests required to prove who sired their illegitimate kids and also who is exposed to/spreadinng STDs. Compliance would be legally mandated ... so of course, the criminal element (and baby daddies whose numerous illegitimate kids are on Welfare) would not comply, but all the law abiding men would. If caught out of compliance, actual neutering the operation of such a dangerous weapon could be ordered by the court. If Hilly was fair about it, getting a registration number and the actual registration paperwork would be covered at no cost under Obamacare.
The traditional criminal justice system with its pesky "guilty until proven innocent" safeguard isn't good enough for radical feminists who believe that any man accused of rape is automatically guilty.

Does Mrs. Clinton not understand that sexual assault--actual sexual assault--is a crime in every community in America? Does Mrs. Clinton not understand that having layers of bureaucracy interfere with local law enforcement ends up interfering with efficiency, while squandering resources? Does Mrs. Clinton have the slightest clue as to a usable working model, of how any Federal initiative in this pursuit, would actually work out?
The woman could never be elected against anyone who would simply discuss her reasoning processes.
She is so behind the crisis curve. She should announce a plan to deal with a more currently newsworthy issue. Maybe a plan to deal with the compromising of classified information by public officials using unsecured e-mail systems.

Have we dumbed down the people so far that they actually believe it is within the authority (or concern) of the President on what happens on a college campus?
Our nation is being killed by too many laws, rules and regulations. I have news for the next generation, all these laws, rules and regulations will not make your life easier or safer, if anything it will make your life worse, much worse then it mine was growing up in the 1950s where for the most part local communities dealt with these problems.
Odd that she doesn’t care one bit about babies being cut up and their parts sold for profit...

What a desperate attempt to establish relevance. I predict this will resonate with no one outside of Wymyns' Studies programs on a few college campuses.
