There exists among far too many Americans an almost soul-deep determination to treat black people as perpetual victims. A rather absurd example of this sad song was recently written by Washington Post guest writer Raha Jorjani.
Jorjani, an immigration defense lawyer in California, asks if black Americans might “qualify as refugees” possessing a “strong claim for asylum protection under U.S. law”:
Suppose a client walked into my office and told me that police officers in his country had choked a man to death over a petty crime. Suppose he said police fatally shot another man in the back as he ran away. That they arrested a woman during a traffic stop and placed her in jail, where she died three days later. That a 12-year-old boy in his country was shot and killed by the police as he played in the park.
Suppose he told me that all of those victims were from the same ethnic community — a community whose members fear being harmed, tortured or killed by police or prison guards. And that this is true in cities and towns across his nation. At that point, as an immigration lawyer, I’d tell him he had a strong claim for asylum protection under U.S. law.

So, from a purely altruistic perspective, we allow them in simply out of the generosity this country is in the habit of providing the world second to none, so immigrants who otherwise live horrible lives, the opportunity to live like human beings, and earn the self-respect that comes with it, allowed to learn a skill, become a lawyer paid for by the graciousness of the US people, despite having to learn to live with all sorts of ungrateful, unappreciative, anti-social, criminal mentality, who due to the cornucopia of all of life's needs are provided to them by the US people, have only learned the one single way in which they support themselves and their families,GIMMMEE, GMMMEE, GIMMMEE.
Or domestic terrorists. Just depends on what laws you want to enforce.
Who’s BLACK... many blacks are half white.. not black at all.

I was looking at a stock photo of Louis Farrakahn earlier and noted to myself that he looks pretty much like a tanned white guy. I hear ya.
Does that mean we should export those refugees to refugee camps around the world?
It has long struck me as rather odd that a person who is seven-eighths white, and one eighth black, would be described as a "black" person.
It makes much more sense, I believe, to describe this person as biracial, or of mixed race.

Well .. I think this is just another avenue toward Obama’s goal of “reparations” for all black people.
I just want to say this; I’ve met and worked with, worshipped with, picnicked with a lot of educated, family oriented black people, who never made me feel I was responsible for their success. Many of them were the nicest, warmest, smartest people I’ve known.
The Presidents’ hatred of all things “white” surely clouds his judgment. The issue is really: no strong, supportive DADS in the household. Too many black women have to work and raise children on their own.
It’s a vicious cycle, and the children are the ones who suffer.
They’re welcome to leave.

My first impression was that they were seeing the writing on the wall -
immigrants are taking blacks’ place as the preferred minority.
