Donald Trump Megyn Kelly 'Blood Coming Out of Her | Donald Trump Interview CNN Don Lemon (video)

Video Link

This video is important because, at the 4:32 mark, Trump begins to discuss Chris Wallace and says, "he had blood coming out of his eyes too."

This is the evidence the exonerates Trump.

He was using this idiom not as a sexist insult, but just to say the Kelly and Wallace were angry.

He used the same phrase when describing Chris Wallace’s expression . . ‘blood pouring from his eyes’ . . which lends credulity to his explanation of describing anger. Surely he didn’t think Chris was having a period.

I am a Cruz supporter, but have been defending Trump lately against the relentless attack on all sides. That said, one thing I have learned in 58 years of life is that mentioning the "mense" in any context is a "no-win situation in mixed company.

Hate to say it, but he is about to beat Biden as far as being the Gaffemeister.

CNN said Fox News has not discussed the remark by Trump for 36 hours about the blood coming from her eyes and from “somewhere” as they HAVE SECURITY CONCERNS.

I think this time Trump did go a little overboard, he should have just stopped at she had blood in her eyes and left it at that.

He was basically right, Kelly’s question was unfair, and had nothing to do with any of the election issues. She attacked, he hit back but he should have stopped short of where he did.

I didn’t see the interview, my connection suxx right now so I can’t watch the vid, I’ve just read and heard about it so far but not watched it myself.

I won’t say if he should offer an apology, maybe maybe not. Kelly was very unfair, she should have known he would push back. Trump knew the whole thing was tilted against him from the first question, I think that’s probably the reason for the scowl on his face all night. He was obviously not a happy camper.

So after listening to this we find that Trump did NOT talk about Megyn Kelly’s period. “Blood coming out of her eyes” doesn’t make me think of her time of the month. Those that do are the ones that have a problem and are crude perverts. Kelly did a horrible job unless of course the purpose was to simulate that she was there to prop up planned parenthood and tear down not just Trump but conservatives. We are going to have these kind of horrible attacking questions from a assumed friendly network? If MSNBC hosts had delivered such questions to our candidates all Republicans would’ve been livid.
The problem is the GOP-E and corporatist political class media have a double standard with Trump because he scares the bejesus out of them. Watch one of his speeches to see why. He makes Bush boy look like a piece of flotsam. I’m not supporting Trump in the primary but I’m really enjoying the same jerks who loved the flip flopper Romney attacking Trump for his changed positions when in reality they are just concerned at the loss of power and the derailment of their internationalist goals. There are a lot worse guys to send to Washington DC and it would be almost worth it to see Trump tear into that Augean Stables. I don’t fear Trump but I’m delighted to see that the Bush people and all the snarky GOP-E bootlickers do. If I can’t have a good conservative constitutionalist who loves liberty and small government then maybe its time to send in a Trump wrecking ball. The entertainment value alone would be priceless and at least I could know that the political class is getting the crap kicked out of them for a change.

Did Trump mean to leave the implication in the air? Maybe, I don’t know. But there was more than plausible deniability if he did.

So this thing is as ridiculous on the GOP and media’s part as Romney’s “binders full of women” dust up was on part of the Dems and the media back in 2012.

It’s a good example to raise in reminder because it was at least as ridiculous and widespread—coming from the Democrats.

Right. conservativeJoy was replying to you

“I am just observing the change in her personality and something about her nose that just brings a visual of her snorting lines.”

& my comment to him was that Trump may have started to say that about her nose & then dropped it (”wherever”), but her hyper aggression could be attributable to cocaine use (”snorting lines”).
& that I hadn’t considered that.

It appears your impression is that I’m buying into this BS about what Trump is being alleged to have said. No. I was agreeing with cj’s observation as possible & valid.

Megan Kelly IMO is one of those. An attention whore. Everything out of her mouth is supposed to cause a positive reflection on Megan Kelly. The uproar in this instance is because she got exactly the response she deserved.

Plausible deniablility works well in court in the legal perspective. Not so well in the court of public opinion.

“So and So was so angry blood is coming out of the eyes and nose.”

If Trump had left the comment at that, that would have been the end of it. He just had to add that extra comment about Megyn - the “or wherever”. That is what is causing him the problem. And Trump’s history of off the wall comments does not help him. His comments about women in the past make the negative interpretation of that comment plausible. Even if that is not what he meant, it is not an unreasonable interpretation based on his own past comments.

This is Trump’s Achilles heel - his lack of ability to filter his own remarks before they get out of his mouth.

At this point in the contest, things are mostly just entertaining, but boy howdy(!) do I love someone who isn't reluctant to step on the PC toes of the perpetually offended.

To his credit, Trump seems more of a last word, finish it kinda guy that a startin' somethin' kinda guy.

Just his being himself is more than good enough for startin' somethin' with the people I've most lost patience for.

The oligarchy-in-charge may have removed most of life's negative feedback/consequences for the useful idiots doing their bidding, but their idiots cross his personal code and offend The Donald at their own personal risk.

He's not quite a snake charmer nor is he a snake tamer, but the snakes are learning to respect him.

In August of 2015, that's close enough for me and damn good entertainment!
