After raising $1 million for Barack Obama during his two presidential runs, New York businessman Jon Cooper was exactly the kind of high-powered political bundler Hillary Clinton wanted on her team during this years run.
But after agreeing to serve as a Hillstarter as the Clinton campaign had dubbed its elite fundraisers Cooper sat down at his computer a few months ago to write a fundraising pitch for the former secretary of state and froze.
I was trying to come up with a rationale for her candidacy and I couldnt do it, Cooper tells Yahoo News. Clinton, he concluded, was too calculating, too cautious, too controlled.
So now Cooper, who owns a large manufacturing firm on suburban Long Island and had previously raised money for Clintons 2000 Senate campaign, has signed on as the national finance chair for the Draft Biden Committee one of a small but growing group of Democratic moneymen that is trying to prod the vice president into shaking up the Democratic race by making one more run for the presidency.
When we started a few months ago, everybody thought we were tilting at windmills, said William Pierce, executive director of the Draft Biden committee, a super-PAC that has raised more than $110,000 since last March and collected more than 180,000 signatures for online petitions. But just in the last few days, were seeing a lot of momentum. And if [Bidens] answer was no, he could have shut this down like that.

Actual title was too long to fit:
Some Democratic bundlers step up Draft Biden efforts amid signs VP may be edging closer to 2016 run
Looks like someone is speaking Italian in the background.
I think my way makes more sense.

Yes, do it. Make Warren your VP so the Dumb and Dumber version of the DNC will be born.
Yes! Yes! Run Biden!!
Having a viable primary opponent for Hillary is important for two reasons.
1) Makes her burn some of the huge cash stash
2) Limits the number of Dems free to cross over (Op Chaos) in favor of Bush.
“It’s like my mama used to say”......
Once he is finished competing at the Special Olympics he can start organizing his run for President.
Too crooked
Too condescending
Too conceited
Too cold
Too conniving
Not to mention too dishonest, too disgraceful, too dumb, too disgusting,
And Too Utterly Phony.
Hillary has a big pile O money, they could just jail her and seize it. That would be the commie dictator way.
With any luck, this will accelerate the “health crisis” that Hillary is planning for her campaign exit. Biden will be an excellent source of comic relief for this long campaign.
A sign of just how screwed clinton is.... I mean, how unimaginably desperate do you have to be to be considering Biden as a viable candidate? Mind bogg9.
bump
My theory is that Bill will suffer a "health crisis", causing Hillary to drop out of the race in order to "devote all of her attention to her ailing husband." This does a couple of things for the Clintons. First, it gives Hillary a graceful exit from a race she was doomed to lose badly, with the media praising her as the devoted wife who sacrificed her chance to make history in order to care for her husband. Second, it generates sympathy for Bill, deflecting attention away from the next wave of "bimbo eruptions" looming on the horizon. ("How dare you terrible people, saying such awful things about our former president when he's so desperately ill!")
