All Creation Must Reject the Supreme Court Decision, Part 1

Most of the arguments in support of the recent Supreme Court decision regarding same-sex marriage have been positioned in terms of “equality,” “justice,” “fairness,” and “non-discrimination.”

And arguments opposed to the decision have often been framed by “not wanting to change what has been practiced for thousands of years.”

But the most important argument has often been missing. That is, the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision flies in the face of Creation itself, as well as the Creator.

Let me explain.

The creation bond between God and humankind is embedded in two ordinances: Sabbath Rest and Marriage. They stand as two pillars that hold all of Creation together.

In this article, I focus on the importance of a Sabbath day of rest from work and labor. Next week, I will address marriage—and why it is rooted in Creation itself.

The Sabbath includes the essential rest from the labor that God intended for all humankind to embark on for survival. Long before Moses and Abraham, and even before Adam and Eve, God established the concept of the “weekend.”

In Genesis 2:3, God blessed the day of rest—the Sabbath day—and sanctified it. In other words, rest at the end of the workweek was God’s idea, not the labor unions’. By instituting and blessing the end of the workweek, God demonstrated the importance of its impact on the world He had created.

God established the end of the workweek for the good of humankind. Jesus confirms that when, in Mark 2:27, He says: “The Sabbath was made for man, not man for the Sabbath.”

Thousands of years after God created the day of rest, He gave Moses the command that His people should honor the Sabbath. God’s command was not just that all humankind should rest at the end of the week, but that all of His creation should. In Exodus 20:8-11, God institutes the end of the workweek in order to prevent humankind’s enslavement to work, which would have resulted in its demise in a very short time.

It would be hard for any of us to disagree with God’s wisdom in regards to the Sabbath. But imagine if the Supreme Court outlawed any break at the end of the workweek—that somehow they decided it was preferable for all people to work seven days a week.

“That would be absolutely unbearable,” you would say. And I would agree with you.

That is because the Creator is the One who established the way the world works and the way our bodies work. He designed the Sabbath for the good of His creation. In His perfect plan, a true day of rest must follow a true hard-working week.

That is the law of Creation. And to violate God’s law with impunity can only spell humanity’s demise.

By instituting the Sabbath, God boldly proclaimed that labor is a blessing, not a drudgery, and so is the Sabbath rest. God wanted His created beings to enjoy life in the context of His creation—enjoy it by being creative during the week, and recreative during the end of the week.

Here is the point: from the beginning, the Creator has been looking out for His creation.

And it makes sense. Who could love Creation more than the Creator Himself?

Therefore, whatever God established is for the ultimate good of created beings. Governments or courts cannot dismantle this principle without dismantling a society that is designed for our good.

Yes, the Supreme Courts decision needs to be changed.
Time to start a drive for an amendment to the Constitution.
This can be done. Thirty states voted against same sex Homo marriages, however, the will of the people was overturned by the courts. Time to speak out and get organized.

What the Court did was unconstitutional and the Constitution only needs to be respected and put back and the Justices need to be impeached for imposing Stalin’s Constitution: it was Treason to eject the Constitution since they give an oath to defend it.

All Law that is not “Just” is “null and void”-—that came from Justice John Marshall, who stated that any law that is antithetical to the Supreme Law (Constitution) is “null and void”. Nuremberg Trials reiterated that—that it is the DUTY of any official/judge to disobey and literally throw out evil “law”. MLK,Jr. stated the same at Birmingham jail.

How do we KNOW it is “evil” Law? When it goes against Natural Law Theory, the fundamental principle of our Constitution where the idea of private property and Free Market economies originated which is stated numerous times in our Constitution using the terms and phrases developed within Natural Law Theory, like Bill of Rights, Civil Rights, “..laws of nature and nature’s God” which is explicit in the Declaration and throughout the Constitutional language. Words have a specific meaning and the Justices are NOT allowed to make-up their own meanings, which is exactly what these evil people did.

We know that celebrating anything which is depraved and deprives humans of dignity and purpose and design-—like the evil, vile misuse of the human body is evil...when humans are used in vile ways, which mutilate and cause disease, etc.-—for Lust and mutual masturbation is evil because it is using humans as a Means to an End. It is unconstitutional. It made Slavery and Pederasty and Sodomy and Polygamy into felonies: ALL Just Law can NEVER promote Vice.

As Montesquieu stated: All just law has to promote “public virtue” in Republics. (Fear for Tyranny). That goes for removing “welfare” laws also-—since they literally make slaves of producers. It is evil to set up a mafia/cartel type system of bureaucracies (rules and regulations) which punish Virtue and reward Vice which is what Marxism/Socialism does which should be unconstitutional in America because of Natural Law being fundamental in Western Civilization. All socialism sets up a system for extreme corruption and encouraging vice which is unconstitutional.

Anytime you promote behaviors which deny a baby their biological parent, a fundamental Natural Right of all human beings, it denies them the Natural Right to be raised as Nature designed—by two committed people who chose to create a life and have the Natural Duty to raise all of their biological offspring. True marriage is the only institution which unites male and female (true diversity/maturity) and creates equality for all. All homosexual cultures (today’s Afghanistan, Samurai, Spartan) were extremely brutal and hateful and sexist. it is because of the culture which divides (Marxism) and separates. Christian cultures were the most just and equal and fair, since it is the only system which elevated women and put them on a pedestal (Romantic period). Only Christianity created the Age of Reason and the Enlightenment and the US Constitution. The Worldview is the only one compatible with our Constitution and individual Natural Rights from God and not man/courts. Collective Rights (Marxism) lead to fascism and killing individuals. Always has let to majority decides right and wrong and allowed “thought”. It is evil and denies individual Natural Rights which predate government.

The homosexual “marriage” removes Right Reason from Law (impossible) and it removes Natural Duty from parents and makes babies into a means (commodity)-—to be bought and sold-—and makes females into baby factories.
It is total dehumanization (which is pure Marxism—which is to remove all biological connections of children so the State can destroy all maternal and paternal instincts in them and control all ideas and desires from cradle to grave).

Need a conservative GOP President to replace Ginsberg so we can get it overturned.

Amendment won’t pass. 2/3 of Congress no way, even imaging taking the “bypass Congress” method, 34 legislatures, no way, public opinion has changed too much, maybe we could 26, but not 34, and in at least some states they require 3/5 or 2/3 of the leg to vote to ratify. No way. People here have this fantasy about state legislatures, they are populated by politicians just like Congress.

If I were President I’d issue an executive order forbidding any federal authority from enforcing this garbage. But I doubt any President would actually do that.

Excuse me that’s 34 to call the fantasy convention, 38 needed to ratify, won’t happen.

The Courts have usurped the power of the other branches, and we can’t legislate our way out. We need the Supreme Court or a President who’s willing to go balls to the wall and defy them (no, that’s not a Trump endorsement).
