Comcast exec to hold fundraiser for Hillary Clinton ($1000 per hour)

Comcast executive vice president David L. Cohen will host a fundraising event at his home with Hillary Clinton on June 26. The Philadelphia Inquirer obtained a copy of the invitation, which prices tickets at $2,700 per person. The event will take place from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

The mid-day fundraiser is not the first time Cohen has made efforts to help candidates raise money as they run for office.

Agree 1,000 percent! We switched from Comcast to Verizon FiOS several years ago. Comcast had the worst quality cable and, as bad as the cable service itself was, its customer service was even worse.

You knew that even THEY knew their reputation was irretrievably bad when they changed their name from Comcast to Xfinity...like folks wouldn’t know they were still the same atrocious Comcast with a new, pretty name.

Buying some more influence. I cancelled Comcast and don’t miss cable one bit. I’m still using their internet until I can find something else. I’m hoping I can get a tablet or whatever I need and used consumer cellular.
