Agree 1,000 percent! We switched from Comcast to Verizon FiOS several years ago. Comcast had the worst quality cable and, as bad as the cable service itself was, its customer service was even worse.
You knew that even THEY knew their reputation was irretrievably bad when they changed their name from Comcast to Xfinity...like folks wouldn’t know they were still the same atrocious Comcast with a new, pretty name.
