An Indiana-based church that worships marijuana has been granted tax-exempt status.
First Church of Cannabis founder Bill Levin said it took 30 days for the IRS to grant his group tax-exempt status.
Somebody at the IRS loves us, he added. [ ]
Marijuana is still illegal in Indiana.
