“These activists are doing this wrong.
He should NOT have asked the bakery to make an anti-anything cake. He shouldve asked for a cake that was PRO-traditional marriage. He shouldve asked for wording that was positive for something (not negative) so that it was PRO-marriage.
Then he still wouldve made his point, and the bakery wouldve refused to make the cake, but he mightve made a better argument in court.”
You are absolutely correct. The courts decision was correct given the defamatory request. Had it been a supportive message and they refused, there would be an arguement. The activist did it wrong. Just like demanding a Muslim serve them bacon. If he sold bacon, which he doesn’t, and refused to sell to Christians, you would have a case.
Unbelievably, the libs tried to maintain that "haters" aren't protected by the law.The questioners politely told the libs that the "haters" are indeed protected by the constitution. And as they are protected by the constitution, their denied request was a violation of their right not to be discriminated against.
The libs simply couldn't see the hypocrisy of their position.
What’s good for the goose is bad for the gay gander.
Thank you! It's frustrating to see how an opportunity to make a strong point about freedom is being completely wasted.
“Not this one. Leftism is evil, and I never have, nor will I give into it.”
Just let me add one small point to that: I’ll damn well never give up my freedom to make that point...I’LL KEEP IT to make the point.
Remember the days when they were screaming “Stay out of my bedroom”, now they are draging us in the bedroom, and are offended that we don’t want to go.
Yes they definitely are on this farm
that court made OUR point perfectly, bakers CAN refuse service (unless they are Christians I guess)
Remember the days when they were screaming Stay out of my bedroom, now they are draging us in the bedroom, and are offended that we dont want to go.

Yep
“the Colorado Civil Rights Division ruled...”
They have names. They have addresses.
Ask the bakery to put something like this on a cake:
That would be a better comparison to the rainbow cakes with their messages. Because it doesn't have wording that's anti-anything. It's just pro-something.
Expecting the Constitution to protect you from a lawless government is like expecting gun laws to stop criminals from having guns.
Amen!
