Badly put. A sensible law for the same purpose would simply specify that all public facilities which for the sake of modesty are separated into male and female facilities are separated on the basis of observable primary sexual characteristics, not gender.

What if I'm white, and I want to pretend I'm black - can I sue for discrimination? If I can choose my sex, why can't I choose my race?

What if I'm a teacher, but I think of myself as a 15 year old boy - is it all right if I hit on the female students? If I think of myself of being a different sex than I was born, why is my physical age a barrier when I think of myself as a youngster?

So sad (and scary) that our world is dealing with issues which break down society while at the same time we are dealing with an enemy intent on destroying Western civilization and establishing a world-wide caliphate. In the long run this social issue is mere annoyance while the other is deadly. Perhaps a third restroom should be put in all places of business that is specifically for transgenders, cross dressers, gays, lesbians, pedophiles, polygamists, and bestialites. Or, we can totally lose the war with the enemy and they’ll purge everyone...

The only real solution is to provide single-unit bathrooms that can be used by anyone - one person at a time.
