Well, then Obamacare can be looked at as consumer fraud too then. After all it doesn’t do what it was publicized to do.
As a matter of fact it doesn’t DO much of anything except make peoples’ rates increase.
I will call it what it is. A mental illness and I won;t shut up about saying it either.
This is political correctness run amok.
I have been a practicing psychologist for over 25 years. People come for help with anxiety, depression, etc. They do it on their own volition. Depending on various factors, some are successful, some are not. They all sign an Informed Consent indicating that they know there are no guarantees in therapy.
How is it any different for conversion therapy? If you apply this judges standards to all psychologists, we would all be liable for failing to help people in need. The field would be changed - for the worse. I would retire.
If someone want to change from homosexuality to heterosexuality, what business is it if the court?

Here we have another liberal judge “legislating” from the bench AND limiting free speech. They will never quit.
