Oddly enough, many say these things, and many also say they support them. How could people (assuming there is overlap) believe both things? Perhaps one is a way to explain to us, not to themselves. These conspiracies are common in the black population in the US, and in muslim populations worldwide, and Third World populations in general. To me they signal ignorance and hatred and distrust of authority.

'Ignorance' is the wrong word. It suggests that the Left side of the Bell Curve is capable of learning. This "learning" thing requires neurons that the Left simply does not have. They have been genetically shortchanged.

I may not agree with the French magazine's choice of topics, nor their subject matter, but the way they challenged beliefs is extremely effective. And the real ‘cyber warfare’ challenge is to insert these lampoons into the data stream that these would be Islamic terrorists consume.
