A BBC reporter has faced calls to resign after he told the daughter of Holocaust survivors in Paris: 'Palestinians suffer hugely at Jewish hands as well'.Â
Journalist Tim Willcox sparked anger during his coverage of yesterday's rally in Paris, held in memory of the 17 victims of last week's terror attacks, including four Jewish people in a siege at a Kosher supermarket.
During a live report from the streets of Paris, Willcox was speaking to a number of participants in the march, including one woman who expressed her fears that Jews were being persecuted, and 'the situation is going back to the days of the 1930s in Europe.'
To this, Willcox, who was broadcasting on the BBC News channel replied: 'Many critics though of Israel's policy would suggest that the Palestinians suffer hugely at Jewish hands as well.'
When the woman, shaking her head, responded saying: 'We can't do an amalgam', he told her: 'You understand everything is seen from different perspectives.'
She was identified during the broadcast as 'Chava', and told Willcox when she was introduced on screen that she had lived in France for 20 years, but was originally from Israel.

He’s just carrying out BBC policy — “Palestine” is okay, “Israel” is not, “Israeli” is sort of okay, but “settler” is preferred.
He said what BBC told him to say..
It was a stupid thing to say and BBC needs to tell the truth..If the Palestinian’s were taken out I would love it..Remember what these idiots did when the terrorist blew up the twin towers and murders thousands of people, they clapped and cheered..These insects should be ashamed and stop blaming the Jews for their problems..
The majority (for the moment) of sane and civilized takes another shot to the heart. One does have to wonder how many more shots to the heart the sane and the civilized can withstand till the sane and civilized become insane and uncivilized against the insane and uncivilized. The sane and civilized have begun to complain (aka France rally) but one knows the devils were not pleased.
Just like Al Jazeera has an (official off recored) policy.

The BBC can cover breaking news but when the interviews and features start the propaganda and bias comes out.
I watch BBC World News Channel and it works when the news is breaking and they can’t operate off a script.
I watch more BBC than Fox News and Fox is fluff and propaganda for the Republican Party exploiting conservative resentments to suck grassroots people in so they get to see RINO spokesman like Peter King, Rudy Giuliani, John McCain and Lindsey Graham etc. etc. etc.
I have a ten minute threshold for Fox News at best but can watch a half hour or more BBC, especially in those breaking news situations......

There are the Jews, who are the rightful possessors of the land, and everyone else.

You say “Jews killed millions of Germans by constant mass murder...” Where is your proof? There isn't any. Why are you on FR? You would be happier on the Al Jazeera America website where Jew bashing is popular.
