TAMPA BAY, Florida - A police officer was shot and killed in Tarpon Springs, a coastal town a few miles northwest of Tampa Bay.
The Pinellas County Sheriff's Office and the Tarpon Springs Police Department are investigating, reports CBS affiliate WTSP in Tampa.
The shooting occurred around 3 a.m. on December 21, on Grand Boulevard in Tarpon Springs. The suspect in the shooting is in custody.
Police were originally called out for a noise ordinance complaint as the suspect was banging on residential doors, WTSP reports.
When police arrived the suspect shot one of the officers and then attempted to flee in a vehicle.

It seems that SOME folks will NEVER experience a wake-up call: REALITY.
Poor black/Hispanic/Caucasian women simply MUST do the following in the following order.
1. Finish high school.
2. Get and KEEP a job.
3. Get married.
4. Have children.
Any other order often dooms them and their children.
What it probably does is CONTINUE a pattern set by most of their women ancestors. It usually IS a generational pattern.
And forget "grandma" who is GOOD in her old age. SHE did the same thing in HER youth and lived long enough to regret it. Children DO learn by example and often the "cake is baked" by two years of age.

It still is - I live about 25 miles south of Tarpon Springs. Sponge-diving used to be a big deal, now it’s the main tourist-attraction there. I don’t know any more than you do, but there is significant drug abuse there especially on the streets names after fruits (if that makes any sense ..).

Yes, but the cake might be able to turn into a baker and bake their own self. I’ve done it and it’s a singular process that requires a HUGE amount of self responsibility.
