New way to promote Obama Care: 7-Eleven receipts.

ObamaCare ads will now appear on 7-Eleven receipts at more than 7,000 stores nationwide as government health officials expand their outreach in the second year of healthcare sign-ups.

Information about ObamaCare sign-ups will appear on the bottom of receipts for anyone using a mobile payment company called PayNearMe, which allows bank-less customers to pay in stores like 7-Eleven and Family Dollar.

Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Sylvia Mathews Burwell announced the new partnership with the tech start-up PayNearMe on Thursday at a store in Washington, D.C.

“Putting these reminders at the bottom of PayNearMe receipts will help get health coverage information into the hands of traditionally hard-to-reach consumers,” HHS wrote in a statement.

The partnership will help HHS “reach financially underserved and other cash-preferring consumers,” the statement reads.

I see them once in a while when traveling - I’m not sure we have any in Wisconsin. We have Kwik-Trip.

Isn’t the govt “partnership” with the PayNearMe company.
And 7-11 is just the merchant that accepts it?

I am waiting for someone in the media or one of the highly intelligent editorial writers to catch on to the truth.

It has been two years since enrollment began. They are advertising constantly on TV and radio where I live, so it must be going on in other areas, too. They are printing adds and now adding them to 7-11 receipts.

With all of this enrollment has still not even reached 15% of the people not covered in an employer benefit plan. Of those that have signed up 90% are subsidized or paying nothing.

So, in general numbers over 90% of eligible citizens are not in the program yet and IT'S THE LAW!

I think it says a lot when we note that so many people are choosing to break the law rather than become subjects to this liberal scam.

I can’t answer the question in your Post #8; I just don’t know. Maybe someone else can clue us in.

Once upon a time, they attracted people by selling milk at the same price as the grocery store. Not anymore.

Fortunately, we have Co-Gos (a local partnership with BP Gas) for that now.

PayNearMe is a bill-paying service for those, such as drug dealers, illegal aliens, and some FReepers, who use only cash instead of bank transfers or credit/debit cards.

Users can present a PayNearMe number and cash and have their bills paid electronically. It’s just an extension of services that many supermarkets and Wal-Mart have been doing for years. I don’t think the companies that do this are related to the Obamacare ads. However, the PayNearMe customers are the perfect target group for subsidized Obamacare.

“underserved and other cash-preferring consumers”

In other words operating in the black market but still collecting welfare benefits.

Drug dealers and illegals sign up for free. Dumb idiot working US citizen taxpayers will pick up the tab. All you have to do is vote democrat for eternity.
