No; in a “sovereign, socialist, secular democratic republic”, using regal-sounding titles would be out.

India needs to streamline government, lower taxes and regulation to improve their economy. I mean Indians go to Maritius to earn money to send home.

Maritius is a free market miracle compared to India.

The words "socialist"and "secular" were added by Indira Gandhi in 1975 during the emergency. There are some opinions that they were added unconstitionally as parliament was suspended at the time. Since then, the only Govt to have enough of a majority to remove them has been Indira Gandhi's son.
