The 43 Mexican students who disappeared in southern Mexico in September were abducted by police on order of a local mayor, and are believed to have been turned over to a gang that killed them and burned their bodies before throwing some remains in a river, the nation's attorney general said Friday.
This is the conclusion that investigators have reached, Attorney General Jesus Murillo Karam said, though he cautioned that it cannot be known with certainty until DNA tests confirm the identities.
This will be a challenge, he said, as the badly burned fragments make it difficult to extract DNA.
"I have to identify, to do everything in my power, to identify, to know if these were the students," Murillo said.
Parents of the college students reacted immediately, some saying the evidence is inconclusive and insisting that their children are alive.

But we are talking about a country that will kill 2 men who were trying to retrieve their sister/girlfriend from the hands of soldiers using her as a “comfort woman”. And we only heard that story because they were Mexican-Americans.

The world has been like this many times before. Go back to the years right after the Roman Empire fell and you would have found people saying it was the end of times. Not so far back in history most of Europe during WWII was calling it the end of times.
What it might be is end of good times in the U.S. that has been free of what most of the rest of the world has been through.

A National Action Party official, the Conservative Party in Mexico, (PAN, Partido Accion Nacional) official was assassinated in Mexico as well weeks before these kids were killed.
The Students may have been up to no good but to massacre them and have justice to do it, turn them over to the cartel Guerreros Unidos is just absurd unless these students were connected to elements as bad as that cartel which certainly has not been in the news.
Mexico has always had garbage/basura like this stuff going on but on a very small scale compared to what is happening now.

I can tel you for a fact, Communism is rampant in all parts of that country. I have family members who are not allowed in my home for the fact that they are Marxists and want to spew their garbage around my kids. I have also visited cemeteries in Northern Mexico that are engraved with the Communist emblem.

They didn’t want English taught in their schools as a requirement, they want teachers to retain their right to sell their jobs to the highest bidder.

Mexicans should stay in Mexico and their government presently is so cruddy, it’s hard to see what would be worse.
And stupid kids wear Che t-shirts and there was even a coffee shop at some university called Che’s coffee house or something. It’s stupid stuff sure.
As for Ann Coulter, I think she is a little bit brighter then you so you should not be calling her a db.
I think the democratic underground might be a better site for you. You will find a whole lot of communist and their sympathizers over there. You would probably fit right in.
