“We need to require a finger print on the ballot and the register so that fraudulent ballots can be found and eliminated when a challenge is raised.”

EXCELLENT!

The Democrats are showing up with boxes and boxes of ballots

This should be illegal

They have the legal means. They just don’t want to say they do. Don’t admit it is always how people get around things especially in politics so they won’t be held accountable or responsible. That’s how they do it and people buy it. Stop accepting this excuse and outright lie. Make them admit it.

They said they can’t. From the article: “Shearer said the fraudulent voter’s vote has already gone through a tabulator and cannot be identified or separated from all the legitimate ballots in the machine.”

When my husband and I showed up to vote for a special election here in NM, we were told we’d already voted. they gave us a provisional ballot, but who knows if that ever counted.

This year when we voted early, they had us give them our name and then once they pulled us up, we had to repeat our address to them so they could double check that it was us. THAT sure made me feel better....NOT.

Yes, it has that “Land of enchantment” feel. Red or green chili, corn tortillas, pinon wood smell and adobe....

So, to avoid disenfranchisement, is it safe to assume the provisional ballot will count... and the other votes will count as well. The other votes would be already in the bucket, and not separable.

In all fairness, the provisional ballot of the true voter should count as a multiple (at least 2x, maybe 100x would be more effective) in order to properly discount the false one. When whoever is responsible for the false vote is discovered they should receive a one-time option to leave the country for life or face trial and the death penalty if convicted of the fraud.

I’ll go one better. They have to re-register every time their drivers license needs to be renewed or they change their address.

Its why I don’t like early voting, it just gives more time to cheat. At the very least the early votes shouldn’t be tabulated till voting is completed.

This guy has been openly disenfranchised by someone who illegally voted in his name. The provisional ballot he cast is unlikely to even be counted unless the race is close.

In Cal the provisional ballot triggers an investigation by the registrars office. So it can be after the votes are announced that this one will be looked into.

If it is shown the second person is legit then their votes stands. In theory if the votes were different the final numbers should be changed.

The first fraud should be charged, but if they don’t do ID the vote can be deleted from the count and the person walks free unless they know where he is.

Provisional votes are not unusual. Usually the person came to the wrong poll or moved or some such thing.

Voter ID won’t reduce those, but it would directly reduce fraud. And that’s why democrats oppose it. How many people are functioning in the US today without a photo ID. Even the homeless have an ID.

“This being reported can only help the current Secretary of State (first republican in that office since 1928 I think) who has been campaigning on supporting voter id.”

Sounds good.

Please, not the “Banana Republic” meme again! No offense intended, and this is not an attack on you personally, but I live in a banana republic, and last year’s presidential election was probably cleaner than any the US has had EVER!

Please check out my last post before this for an example of how elections CAN be handled.

Thank you for your posting guidance...Obola stole the last election...the stunner in the last election was not so much that Obola won, but the margin...One of the first things Obola did as pre_sent was to appoint an IT Czar...He did it for a reason and the last election was proof...This election we have already seen, ‘Calibration’, errors...Believe me, they were not accidental...But let me assure you that I treasure the input you have provided into the state of our election process, I just wish you knew what you were talking about...

Again, my apologies if I offended you. That was not my intent. You and I are on the same side here.

I am a US citizen who just happens to be living outside the country at present. I have been disenfranchised in this election due to either the State Department or the Arizona Secretary of State not bothering to send me the necessary paperwork to re-register (a yearly requirement now) to vote as an expat. I applied more than six months ago, and was told to simply wait for an email with instructions. It never arrived.

I have voted in every election, every two years, for at least forty years, and I think I know how the electoral system works in the US. I was just introduced to the system here in Honduras last year, and I see vast differences, but the system here appears to be much cleaner. Again, I mean no offense, but after seeing both sides first hand, I do believe I “know what I’m talking about”.

The GOP signed off on the Consent Decree in 1982. It cannot do anything about voter fraud legally, even to bringing it up.
