A daunting reality looms for President Barack Obama's Democrats ahead of U.S. congressional elections on Tuesday: Voters from the Republican Party are much more fired up.
Reuters/Ipsos polling data shows Republicans are more certain they will vote, and see their ballot as a way to voice disapproval of Obama's handling of the Ebola outbreak and his health insurance reform law.
Obama's approval rating is just 38 percent, according to other Reuters/Ipsos polling data, and he is a lightning rod for Republicans.
"If there's a unifying theme here, it's a lack of confidence in the administration's management," Campbell said.
In the end, Democrats face an uphill battle.

There’s no one interesting on the ballot on 2014.
Just a field of RINOs - their campaign message? “We’re not Obama’s party.”

The GOP lost the 2012 elections the moment they nominated Romney for President.

We have to be careful and must get out the vote. The communists Democrats will use every means including blacks and illegals to pad the vote. America seems to have States that have no common sense and will do anything to get the rat communists Democrat elected.

Romney is a voter suppressant The voters in the primaries didn't think so. There was so much untrue things pasted to Romney, and much by Republicans that didn't give a damn what the voters selected, he didn't have a chance. So all hail your King, King Obama.

I just voted “early” today and the place was packed mid-afternoon (I live in a conservative area of a conservative state.) I think the motivation is extremely skewed to the Republican side.

If we don’t start demanding prosecution of any and all vote fraud, we’ll be guaranteed to lose.
All of these midterm elections seem to be periods where the librats sharpen their criminal skills, so they can implement them in full for the presidential elections.

Mitt Romney was winning 25% in the early states and even after many other candidates dropped out he wasn’t winning much more until it became a fait accompli.
He was never a very popular candidate in the early primaries, he did get 50% in Nevada, the sin city state.
He won 38% of votes on Super Tuesday.
Even when it was already a fait accompli in April he won only 53% of the primary vote. By then Newt Gingrich, Rick Santorum and Ron Paul were the only ones left on some of the ballots. He somehow still managed not to get a majority in Maryland and Wisconsin.
He did get 70% of the GOPE vote in DC, of course.

Either election day should be moved to Halloween, or Halloween should be moved to election day: If we're going to celebrate the dead rising, shouldn't we do it on a day when they actually make their presence (and opinions) felt?
