My son absolutely loves it there. He tells me them liberal women are aplenty, and they are very stupid.
If he jilts the wrong one, she might cry “Rape!” and he might be sorry. Liberal women may be stupid, but they do know a few things.
He’s a pretty smart and aware fella. He also is not a whore hound per se. He just does not talk politics with them. He usually only dates those women that have actual jobs, good ones at that.
You barely get by on 100k a year in nyc. You can live like a civilized person for $150k. You are in business once you cross $225k or so.

Liberal women here are into art, photography, etc. They leave good paying corporate jobs to go for art and all that.
You could kinda juxtapose Franklin’s quote. They’ll trade the security of a good job for the feel good-ness of something like art. Oh, and they all travel here. It seems if you don’t travel, especially abroad, you’re not really a human.

You and me both. I've been everywhere I'd ever want to be. Don't intend to. I've got one last work trip coming up in November and that is it. I've already decided to cancel my cell phone and stay hardline. I ain't traveling no more
But people who work in coffee shops can afford two thousand square foot apartments overlooking Central Park. I've seen it on TV.

This is the phenomenon that killed New Jersey.
New Jersey was once mostly a Republican state. In the 1970’s many middle class New York City folks got fed up with the five boroughs and realized that they could move into NJ for lower taxes, nicer homes, better schools etc.
First they swarmed counties like Middlesex, Bergen, Union, Passaic. Now that they have largely wrecked those counties (Essex and Hudson were already wrecked prior to the NY invasion), they are migrating west and south into still Republican Somerset, Morris, Warren, Sussex, Hunterdon and Monmouth counties.
The same thing happened in South Jersey with people fleeing Philadelphia for New Jersey and some of the adjacent PA counties.
The brought their liberalism with them and expect everybody and everything to bend to their will.
Are you sure you son is going to appreciate you talking about him like this? Uses women, etc.
