ELECTING CALIFORNIA MARXIST JUDGES Walking-Brain-dead-Citizen-Zombies invading Voting Booth
October 24, 2014 – This week the San Diego Free Press printed an article titled “An Abbreviated Voter Guide to Electing Judges.” You can view it here: San Diego Free Press.
This rag is an extremely liberal piece of Marxist propaganda. As usual, they were joyfully bitter against “birthers” and this was an attack piece against Judge Gary Kreep, one of the forefathers of the 2008 Soetoro (aka BHO) Ballot Challenges. This particular piece was written by an unknown leftist by the name of Anna Daniels. One of highlights of Ms. Daniels’ career is penning an unread local story titled, “Poem of the Day: “Ode to a Composting Toilet.”
Daniels continued her writing from the toilet by attacking Judge Gary Kreep. She whines of Judge Kreep, “He is best remembered for being an Obama birther who openly flew his freak flag before the election.”
Walking-Brain-dead-Citizen-Zombies-invading-Voting-Booth types are hypnotized by Daniels to vote for her favorite corrupt CA Supreme Court Justices with bold heading: “California Supreme Court Judges–Vote “Yes” to Retain Goodwin Liu, Mariano-Florentino Cuéllar, Kathryn Mickle Werdegar.”
These favorite high court judges that Marxist-Daniels is advocating have a long history of wrongdoing. Here are career highlights of these Supreme Court Justices:
Goodwin Liu On February 24, 2010, the illegal-alien Mr. Soetoro (aka BHO) nominated Liu to fill a vacancy on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Then (the former 2008 Attorney General of the State of California) Jerry Brown (who was Mr. Soetoro's attorney to allow Soetoro on the 2008 California Ballot) appointed Mr. Liu to the California Supreme Court.
Mariano-Florentino Cuéllar Cuéllar was born in Matamoros, Tamaulipas, México. No 100% proof of U.S. Citizenship can be found by the American Resistance Party.
Kathryn Mickle Werdegar Justice Kathryn Mickle Werdegar, a centrist-Marxist appointed by former Gov. Pete Wilson, is 78. She was one of two justices who ruled in favor of sodomite marriage rights in 2008 -- Carlos R. Moreno and Kathryn Mickle Werdegar – were the primary judicial cause of the Proposition 8 battle being waged in California. Both Werdegar and Moreno even helped sodomite rights lawyers win their arguments in court.
The American Resistance Party could continue with other charges of corruption and un-Constitutional violations of all members of the California Supreme Court, the District Courts and each county court within California…but there is not enough room to do so. It is recommended that not a single judge be reinstated in 2014.
Ms. Daniels, in this “birther attack piece” complained that CONSERVATIVE (aka Constitutionalist) organizations have a bad attitude about her favorite corrupt judges. She states that Constitutionalists wrongly accuse her judges of being “activist judges.”
She promotes and favors activist judges who have advanced a political agenda that:
• Destroys the separation of powers • Weakens the structure of federalism • Usurps the right of the people to govern themselves • Undermines protection of religious freedoms and the First Amendment • Seeks to impose humanism, multiculturalism, relativism and internationalism on us, regardless of the people’s will • Is biased against free enterprise and is anti-growth—resulting in higher taxes and less opportunity for our future
Daniels criticizes any Constitutionalists who are opposed to her favorite Soetoro approved activist puppet-judges. She mocks Constitutionalists who preach against activist judges by saying “Conservatives have rallied around this issue..." And she ends with the dig saying anti-activist-judge-Constitutionalists are from, “the febrile swamps that spawn the next Gary Kreep."

My wife and I looked at the judges up for retention. If marxists in Colorado like Chickenpooper or ritter appointed them we voted against them. If Owens appointed them we voted for them. A hard nosed way to vote, but the marxists leave us “gifts” that are with us long after they are gone.
Zombies still need hope and change, just like 6 years ago.
