A Mexican ecologist has blown the whistle on the corruption, lies and incompetence of the wind industry - and on the massive environmental damage it causes in the name of saving the planet.

Patricia Mora, a research professor in coastal ecology and fisheries science at the National Institute of Technology in Mexico, has been studying the impact of wind turbines in the Tehuantepec Isthmus in southern Mexico, an environmentally sensitive region which has the highest concentration of wind farms in Latin America.

Corruption is the essence of crony capitalism. It’s the reason that business supports Democrats. While both party do favors for their contributors, the Democrats go way beyond that to ensure the financial success of their business partners through subsidies, favorable regulation, overlooking criminal behavior, and IRS intervention. It is a key component of their formula for never ending political power.

Cracks me up....”Wind Industry”. I think of all the wind coming out of Al Gore, and so many other alleged “environmentalist” rich guys pontificating about AGW, and think “How can it not be riddled with corruption?”

The reason the wind industry is so corrupt is because it is full of government crony grifters who make a fortune on government subsidized, zero risk government make work programs.

Much of that fortune is recycled back to the politicians who vote for the programs..

In fact, as a general rule, when you hear about recycling programs the main form of recycling is money recycled from government subsidized boondoggles back to politicians pockets and campaign funds

If a strudy of history reveals anything, it reveals that increased power in the hands of a government leads to increased corruption.

It’s a lesson utterly and totally lost on the Left, however, and their Leninist hero, Obama.
