Federal Court Throws Out Obamacare Subsidies Ruling
NBCNews.com ^ | 09/04/2014 | Pete Williams

In a victory for the Obama administration, a federal appeals court in Washington, D.C. Thursday threw out an earlier ruling that said financial subsidies are not available for people who bought health insurance on the federal exchange. A three-judge panel of the D.C. Court of Appeals reached that conclusion in late July. On the same day, a federal appeals court in Richmond reached the opposite conclusion and said the subsidies are available.

But Thursday, the full D.C. Court of Appeals said it will re-hear the case, which erases the lower court ruling that went against the subsidies. This greatly diminishes the prospect that the U.S. Supreme Court will take up the issue in its coming term. The Justice Department had urged the full court to hear the case. The makeup of the court is thought to be more sympathetic to the argument that the subsidies are available.

Bought and paid for by Harry Reid, with the help of whimpy, whinny Mitch McConnell RINOs.

Isn’t that headline a bit premature?

O’bastard was able to pack the DC court because Reid changed the Senate rules. This kind of crap is why we have to take the Senate in Nov, even if it requires nose holding and voting for a RINO.

And you think McConnell, given the Senate will reverse anything? What gives you that idea?

And once the RINOS take control McBitchy has already said he will go back to regular order. Allowing the RATS to stall anything Mitch claims he wants to do.

If he had any balls he would tell the rats that until every piece of legislation the RATS voted thru while under Reid’s gavel is brought back up and voted on again the senate will remain under the same rules Harry run it by.

Then and Only then will the Senate go back to regular Order.
But Mitch is a coward and doesn’t have the balls to play their game. Instead he will pander to be “fair”.

“Isn’t that headline a bit premature?”

No. The article says that when the full panel agreed to hear the case, that wiped out previous decision that went against the subsidies.

You think he would have changed the rules to allow O’bastard to pack the court? Republicans were excluded from the entire process. The turtle had nothing to do with it.

Bought and paid for by Harry Reid, with the help of wimpy, whiny Mitch McConnell RINOs.

But Mojito, the people who voted for McConnell and other RINOs who act as allies for leftist Democrats, never once voted FOR those RINOS! Never!!! They were voting against leftists!

Amazing, how voting "against" leftists by voting for RINOs has only ended up with leftism stronger on BOTH sides of the aisle.

WHY? Because voting "against" necessarily entails voting for something else. Nobody voted "against" Obama in 2012, although many intended to. But intentions and acts are TOTALLY DIFFERENT THINGS.

Intention to vote "against" Obama by voting for Romney, or voting "against" Cruz Bustamonte by voting for Arnold Schwarzenegger, both were ACTS of voting FOR the Republican party to turn left, and that is exactly what those votes achieved.

Intentions -- the road to hell is paved with many good intentions -- don't mean squat, EandHDad, cynwood, Bubba-Leroy, Defeat Corruption, and anyone else reading who is still kidding themselves that they're voting "against" leftism in the act of voting for it.

They did this with the RINO's help. How will voting for the RINO change anything? No, the GOPe must go, at all costs. Good luck voting for the RINO's though. What a waste.

Then the only way O’failure care will be rescinded is in January, 2017 when the GOP controlled Congress overturns it with a new bill and President Cruz signs it into law.

First, the Senate cannot do a damn thing without 67 republican votes.

And everyone whining about the DC Circuit, did you all vote for Romney?

The real crime for the GOPe is that a lot of them voted for some of these same Obama judges that have just rescued Obamacare (for the time being).

But, heck, it was all “in the spirit of bi-partisanship!”

And,.................. “elections matter” doncha know!

OK Skippy, explain how RINOs helped Reid change the Senate rules?

The only reason this matters is that Roberts couldn’t find the 10th Amendment.
