When they pass so many unconstitutional laws it makes law meaningless. When the courts fail to keep the legislature in check law has no meaning. When laws have no meaning than innocent and average Americans begin to ignore the law. When idiots criminalize constitutional rights and behavior than tyranny has taken over and the rule of law becomes who has the power to enforce their will and that ultimately comes from the barrel of a gun, which is why we have a second amendment to protect the people from government gone bad. California government has gone bad.

Yes! They may also be able to buy their guns and ammunition from the Department of Justice direct.

This is about attacking those that have guns, they can refill their ammo, but they just want meaningless public safety laws with the goal of making people’s live hell.

Federal court decision - “A state cannot impose a license, tax or fee on a constitutionally protected right. Murdock vs. Pennsylvania 319 US 105 (1942).”

“The right of a citizen to bear arms, in lawful defense of himself or the State, is absolute. He does not derive it from the State government. It is one of the “high powers” delegated directly to the citizen, and `is excepted out of the general powers of government.’ A law cannot be passed to infringe upon or impair it, because it is above the law, and independent of the lawmaking power.” [Cockrum v. State, 24 Tex. 394, at 401-402 (1859)]

Fundamentally flawed, as every single gun control law on the books or proposed is due to this one inescapable and unchangeable fact. Criminals break laws. Every single law proposed or passed serves only to hinder and disarm the law abiding. If liberals really wanted to make people safer they would advocate for laws requiring everyone to own a firearm, train with it regularly, and demonstrate a basic level of proficiency with it. That is demonstrably successful at improving public safety and reducing violent crime. In other words (for any slow lib lurkers out there) it works, we don’t just think it works or hope it works or believe it works to reduce crime. We know, due to past successes and failures both ways, that it works. Libs, drop the BS. Gun control never has been, is not now, and never will be about public safety. Quite the opposite in fact. It is about disarming us so that you fascists can control us.

they also then place limits on how much you can buy

The market already does that. Try to buy some 22 rimfire and see how many you can get.
