In ordering the DOJ to provide Judicial Watch the Vaughn index, the Court ruled, “In this circuit, when an agency is withholding documents under exemption claims, courts require that the agency provide a Vaughn index so that the FOIA requester – at a distinct informational disadvantage – may test the agency’s claims.”

And it took 2 years to find out that providing a Vaughn Index is “Standard Practice”. Give me a break.
It’s hard to comprehend the extreme arrogance of a President and Attorney General, neither of whom could pass a security check, telling elected leaders who have security clearances that they can’t be trusted with information. Of course, Holder and Boss are protecting themselves from being caught in treason.
Court orders mean nothing to this administration. They do what they want, when they want to. I have no faith that the order will be enforced.
So what was to prevent all those documents from being destroyed?

Let me re-iterate our position. THE OBAMA ADMINISTRATION is the most OPEN ADMINISTRATION ,after it is sued, to ever occupy the white wash house.
To be fair to congress, they only have the tool of politics at their disposal. If the people don’t care that Obama isn’t following the law, then he can can politically get away with it without any backlash. On the other hand, JW has the law on their side...popularity of the President or the weakness of the political case is no longer in play. The work of JW may make the politics more favorable for the GOP..
