The counselor intentionally miscoded the assault as a consensual encounter, the PCSO report states. The counselor told them that they did not want the hassle of having to report the assault to law enforcement as they were a mandatory reporter. Big Murder considers reporting rape to be a "hassle" that interferes with their goal of killing as many babies as possible.

Planned Parenthood routinely ignores or skirts laws about parental notification and statutory rape reporting. This taxpayer funded criminal organization believes it is above the law.

Shame on PP. But why didn’t the mother in this case make report the scum bag to the police?

I’d call that a war on women.

It is a mistake to start confusing rape and statutory rape.
In time it will degrade the word rape and we will have to create another word for it.

Read the indictment at the link. Three of the victims were under 15 and not all of it was statutory, some was non-consensual (regardless of their ability to consent).

Okay, republicans, here’s your chance.
“The democrats support Planned Parenthood. Planned Parenthood intentionally does not report a rapist allowing the rapist to rape at least 18 other girls. This is proof of the democrats’ war on women!”

The indiscriminate use of the word rape/statutory rape/rapist, makes it all very confusing.
The article has the high school boy raping 18 of his female school mates.

I agree with you and from what I could tell from the indictment, SOME of it clearly was statutory rape; however, some it was clearly forcible rape.

This is a case which might respond well to a civil suit. A beeg one. One to curl your hair.

If this involved most churches, the lawsuit would be worth hundreds of millions. Since it involved the Church of Moloch, nothing will happen.

Of course. Anyone who would murder would think nothing of rape.
Why would they WANT to report a rapist?
Gotta keep the cash flowing in.
Talk about a conflict of interest.

Without having successfully criminalized sex, there would be less work of the legal system, the prison system, ad nauseam.
However many laws are passed, Lil’ sluts will get what they want.
And more, unfortunately - some six or seven pounds more.
‘Course it would help if Gubment was not subsidizing bastard farming by underwriting the costs of supporting the “Sluts” and their “Bastards”.
