The indiscriminate use of the word rape/statutory rape/rapist, makes it all very confusing.
The article has the high school boy raping 18 of his female school mates.

I agree with you and from what I could tell from the indictment, SOME of it clearly was statutory rape; however, some it was clearly forcible rape.
