Open Primary?............
No, but anyone who voted in the first round can vote again, and that includes people who voted in the Demonrat primary.
He is trying to steal the election. He must be stopped.
No!
It’s illegal, SOP for dems and GOPe also for that matter.
Open primary maybe, but there should be a proviso for runoff that mandates voting in the primary to be eligible for the runoff vote.
Yes and no. If you voted in the Democrat primary then you can't vote in the Republican run-off. If you voted in the Republican primary or didn't vote in the primary at all then you can. So Dems who stayed home a few weeks ago can vote in the run-off.
Yes its the law .more lies from Trail Lawyers Chris .the only reason he ran of GOP ticket is knew he could not win as Dem. I’m not a Cochran person either but right is right and wrong is wrong. We can get Cochran out very soon but Chris will be there 40 years also .A TRAIL LAWYER! That spells DEM to me.
yep
They can drive all the Dems to the polls, passing out some cigarettes and booze might do it.
It is a horrible thing to say, but Cochran probably isn’t aware there is a run off, much less an effort to steal it for him.
Open Primary?........

Somewhat. Anyone who was registered and eligible to vote in the June 3rd Primary may vote if they voted in the GOP Primary June 3 or DID NOT VOTE AT ALL. Anyone who voted in the Democratic Primary on June 3rd, may NOT vote in the GOP Run-off.
