Spot on. If you think Wickard was bad try this one:

That one is the one that started all this. It violates the 10th Amendment and ignores the strict restrictions found in the Constitution on FedGov.

After this one, Wickard was just a matter of time. They essentially ruled that a US government can manage the economy. It’s a socialist ruling.

Wickard just took it to its ridiculous end.

Here is a section from Florida’s bill that is likely, read must be,included in petitions from every State:
(3) That this memorial is revoked and withdrawn, nullified, and superseded to the same effect as if it had never been passed, and retroactive to the date of passage, if it is used for the purpose of calling a convention or used in support of conducting a convention to amend the Constitution of the United States for any purpose other than imposing fiscal restraints on the Federal Government, limiting the power and jurisdiction of the Federal Government, or limiting the terms of office for 76 federal officials and members of Congress.
