CARACAS (Reuters) - Venezuela's President Nicolas Maduro said on Wednesday he was breaking diplomatic and commercial relations with the Panamanian government due to a "conspiracy" against him.

"We're not going to let anyone get away with interfering with our fatherland, you despicable lackey, president of Panama," Maduro said in a speech to commemorate the anniversary of late socialist leader Hugo Chavez's death.

Had to do some research on that one. Apparently the President of Panama had the nerve to petition the Organization of American States to look into the current events in Venezuela.

If he wants to attack Panama he is going to have to go through Columbia to get there or borrow some Russian and/or ChiCom ships to do it with.
