The Supreme Court has declined to hear an appeal from a German family seeking asylum in the United States because their home country does not allow home-schooling.
The justices rejected an appeal from Uwe and Hannelore Romeike, who claim the German government is persecuting them because they want to raise their children in accordance with their Christian beliefs.

SCOTUS screwing more American values and ideals.
1. Because they don’t trust government education.
2. Because they are probably white.
Two strikes. Holder is not pleased.
So now we send people back to countries where they confiscate their children. SCOTUS is disgusting. Holder is disgusting

Democrats will accept any Muslim or 3rd worlders who cross the border though

Call on Republican state governors to grant state asylum and protection from deportation. Holder is going after this family to destroy them.
The Black Robe club should be ashamed. Reprehensible.
This is just not done in the 21st Century, transnational NWO. If you are not in the cool kids’ club, well, it just sucks to be you.
May God richly reward these ‘shepherds’ with all they deserve.
They should just say they are gay/transgender/questioning. That will do it.

The border of the United States is wide open to politically protected classes, but a single German family - refugees from a government ruthless in its strange hostility toward home schooling - essentially a religious persecution can't find refuge in the U.S.

Yep! Homo, black and/or muslim.
Well, if they were homosexual, perhaps they could claim being mistreated based on that status, if deported.
It’s all about being a member of an officially recognized grievance group. As a traditional family with Christian values, they are not part of an officially recognized grievance group.
Yet another day to be appalled and ashamed of what a cesspool this nations “leaders” and “authorities” have created. I long for the day when I can again sing “God Bless America”. That day is not today.
America has become an active threat to freedom in this world.
The Court apparently doesn’t want to set a precedent by even HEARING the case. Wouldn’t want to upset the industry that manufactures consumers and voters.
