Dont be fooled.
Gov. Jan Brewers decision late Wednesday to veto Arizonas controversial S.B. 1062 bill is about money and politics, not an endorsement of equal rights for gay people.
Until opposition to the bill picked up steam by winning the backing of big business and the national Republican establishment the governor looked to be ready to support the social agenda of the religious right wing in her state by allowing the bill to become law.
The bill passed the state senate last week on a strict party line vote with 17 of the governors fellow Republicans defeating 13 Democrats who opposed the bill.

I’d need some heavy odds.

Looks like Brewer failed to engender the respect of the left wing nutjobs. How sad. We need to get this passed in a state not beholden to special interests.

The GAY MAFIA is not done with this issue until the Bible is banned in the USA and ministers agree to stop preaching the stuff about GAYS or they are imprisoned. THEN they will agree they have achieved their goals. This is much more than just Joe 6 pack agreeing they have the rights to marry, much more than that.
Brewer's action is of no significance in their "march for equality". Equality is not the end goal - it is to stomp out CHRISTIANITY and their beliefs in America.

Let me pose a question?
Suppose I’m own a Muslim Bakery, Catering Service etc. and I’m asked to provide my services for a Jewish wedding. Can I refuse to provide these services due to my religious beliefs? From what I gather this would NOT be discrimination, or would it?

Three of the republican senators changed their minds. Or had their minds changed for them.

If that bill passed all Arizona could do is sit back and watch the lawsuits coming in. We would be sued to bankruptcy.
May as well call Az lawsuits r us after the passage of it.

Of course, the whole matter is about stamping out Christianity, but the American people are incapable of discerning truth.

Now here’s something - conservative goes along with what the left preaches, still gets hammered and gets no respect - now that’s really news.....
